I have waited 3 months for my order. No sign of delivery yet so i am now cancelling the order and finger cross will get refund :(

Have been chasing a refund for over a week. Waited 6 weeks for items and then I cancelled. Really poor.

Don't bother. It took a month to receive some of my items because they come from China. I saw the reviews online after I purchased so I was prepared. I emailed to ask about the 2 outstanding items and they asked me to wait 15 working days which is another 3 weeks. I waited but still nothing so I asked again and was asked to be patient and wait a few more days. I asked for a refund and did get my money back after a week. Really wished I hadn't bothered as the items are OK but not what I hoped for

Send a complaint to the econsumer website investigate international fraud.

Can't give less than 1 star on here but this is a con. I am getting in touch with Facebook as they have these China companies on there and we are sucked in.
As everyone on here, the item looked nothing like picture and cheap and nasty, very small. I cancelled other items and said I was reporting them I got £67 back out of £87 but they are making a lot of money with these scams. They have loads of company names that look genuine with an umbrella company that makes all the money by conning English people by falsely showing a classy look and sending utter rubbish. There must be a way to stop this?

Cheap, nasty, Chinese copies of designer items. Soooo disappointed. What a con! Total waste of money!

Very poor quality, saw the products advertised on Facebook. Funnily since I tried to report them on Facebook I've not seen this website advertised on my Facebook again. Had to give this 1 star as cant do less. Do not shop here. The item I received was terrible. I thought I was buying a cotton hoody instead I received an awful polyester hoody which wasnt as advertised at all it was bright yellow not mustard. They are very difficult to communicate with, they say you've got to post it back to China at your own expense, then they point out it's likely it won't reach the returns processing unit and you'll never get any refund. However they do off discount for you to shut up and keep the item, I've accepted 30% refund on product exc the postage I paid. I'd like to know if anyone has reported them to trading standards? Does anyone know where they are base, they won't give the company details every time I ask for them.

Another scam site. Ordered a couple of tops, only one has arrived. Really cheap fabric, nothing like the picture. Total rip off, avoid!

Are you kidding me!!!! I ordered a (what looked like a thick knitted / cotton thick draped scarf) as a present - and what I received was a thin, nylon piece of sh**e that looks like the 'wool pattern' has been screen printed onto the thin material. Even the colour is all wrong. What a absolute joke!

Will be contacting them for a return, but I don't hold my hopes up there.

This is so bad I would give it 0 Star Rating if the option was there.

After months of waiting, received my order yesterday. Very disappointing, bad uncomfortable frabric, wrong item, feels and looks cheap. Totally regret buying without reading the reviews before. I would NOT recommend this site at all. Will post the purchase back and will keep you posted about the results of this dispute.

I've been waiting to receive 1 of my orders since the 8th of Jan ,the other ItemI I ordered was lovely and came in good time,I'm getting a little worried now as I keep emailing but the answer I get is that there is a delay with processing and it wil be 10 to 15 days,so don't know what is happening it's £20.00 of my money and not good.

Should have read these reviews before ordering. I can understand the delay in deliveries because of the health problems closing businesses.
My complaint is the quality of the items, it is not what I expected I could buy the same thing from a local market for a fiver!!!! Transfers are lovely pity the items they are printed on are just tee shirts not the quality cotton I expected from the photos. Definitely a rip off. Wish these companies would make it clear they are based in China because I wouldn't have even looked if I had known.

Very poor quality products. I’ve been trying to return four out of items for two weeks now but can’t get the return address from the company. Total scam

I bought a long sleeve top nearly 4 weeks ago and it still hadn’t arrived. I chased them 2 weeks ago and they promised 5-8 days, but it’s now 10 days later and no word. Is it a complete scam? Will I ever get my money back?

Terrible quality & customer service. How can we stop this Chinese scam???
Their return policy is vague. They do not have clear information about their location. Please everyone beware that in case you have a problem with your order it has to be sent to China.

Ordered a t shirt, no further contact. T shirt has yet to arrive. NOT GOOD AVOID
