oh dear !l wish l had read reviews before l ordered. still waiting for a jumper which sounds like it's not worth waiting for. Ordered 3 weeks ago with very little contact. so sounds like money down the pan !

They are based in China (nowhere on the website this is stated) which means if something doesn't work you have to spend more for the return than the actual cost of the item. They don't respond to emails, quality extremely poor. It has taken weeks to send items. Avoid at all costs

SCAM same as everyone else, apparently the photos of clothes they use are from other sites. Also I spoke to the Walsall company who do the forward posting. Very shady company as their official website as linked from companies House shows pictures of a large glitzy warehouse which is not the same as when you look at the street level map on Google maps. They are both rogue companies and should be shut down. Might as well have thrown the money in the bin as these clothes are not even worth recycling.

The clothes took almost a month to arrive. The quality is so poor that I cannot imagine anyone ever wearing them. Not matching size; appalling plastic material and incredibly poorly sewn. Nothing at all like the facebook adverts showed.

To return the clothes, I have to post everything back to China paying the postage with no guarantee they will refund if I do.

Do not use this company. If you can call it that. After I ordered thought it strange I didn’t get the usual email to say ‘your order has been received’. Next day sent an email saying I wanted to cancel. A day later received a response trying to bribe me with even more discount. 10 days later received 3 of 4 items. Of the 3 received the gloves were the only ones I thought looked like the picture on the internet. Badly sewn items. 20 days on from original order sent an email asking where my 4th item was and how inappropriate and unprofessional it was that they had not updated me. 2 days later received an email to say they would send a refund. Again do not use this judysusan company...unless you don’t mind waiting for ages for you stuff to arrive only for it to be poor quality and badly made. So upset with myself for ordering from a company from Facebook and without reading reviews first

Well, Ive read these reviews after receiving my order. I ordered a dress and three pairs of earrings. Took about 10 days to arrive and they look exactly like the picture. The dress is slightly larger than I thought it would be but it's a shift dress style so it doesn't detract. It is identical to the picture and I'm really pleased with it. It is a polyester material but I haven't got a problem with that after all, for the price you're definitely not getting high end designer wear. The earrings are fabulous and I couldn't be happier. Any of these cheap sites are going to be coming from China, no-one else can give such discounted prices. I've also ordered from Floryday, same process of ordering from China but I've been so pleased with all my purchases. I guess it's about managing expectations.

Awful as expected. 3 weeks after order and no top or update... You're as well throwing your money on a fire!

Never ever use this company! The clothing is of a very poor standard, is nothing like the images and to return anything is so difficult and expensive you give up!

Waste of money, total rip off, should be banned from advertising and the worst quality clothing I have ever seen!

Avoid this company!

Do an image find on google before buying anything. They steal real photos from expensive designers and then replicate shoddily. They had stolen the image of some lovely trousers from an actual bespoke clothes maker in Sweden. When I did a google image search and realised I cancelled the order and bought them from the actual designer - more expensive but obviously the real deal, better quality and honest!

Terrible shoddy products made from cheap horrible materials.
Terrible service.
If you want to return the items have to be posted to China.
Half of my order has not turned up.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. This is without doubt, the worst company I have ever made the mistake of buying from. It is not made clear that the items are from China and when I found out the lead time and sent an email to cancel, they lied about receipt of my cancellation email, even though I sent them a copy of the cancellation and delivery report and they sent out 1 item anyway. When this finally arrived, it was made of cheap material and nothing like the image. They said I would have to pay for postage to return it to China so I took out a Paypal dispute. The company refused to give me a refund while the case was open and tried to blackmail me. I persisted and finally got some of my money back by Paypal. I had to keep the cheap looking, badly fitting, badly made dress as it would cost more than it is worth to return... The "customer service" is appalling, you are drip fed one email a day, by a different name and one even rudely told me I was wasting my time sending emails over 25 pounds! The whole process took nearly 3 weeks to rectify and that was only because Paypal stepped in. Save yourself the bother and avoid these scammers at all costs!

The quality of their clothes is absolutely horrendous! It’s see through and cheap. Not only that. It’s so expensive to send back to China, that you end up having to keeping the terrible items with a small discount.
Avoid like the plague!

Like all the other reviews, feel totally cheated and will probably never get my money back!

As with others, I was tempted by the pictures on Facebook, and believed the company to be reputable. With a name like Judy Susan and no quoted address there was no reason to think that the items came from China. Had I known that in advance I would not have bought from them. I only learned that today when I have asked for a returns label. I have been conned with poor sizing, poor workmanship and material that was not as advertised. This is an outright misrepresentation of facts and in the UK would not be permitted. And, as others have said, I now have to risk sending them back at a cost of roughly half what I have paid, possibly to find they do not arrive back in their given window of time, or they get lost or attract high sums of taxation that were not known of before. I believed that with the backing of Facebook there was a professional interface to the company. I am saddened to find this is not the case.

Like the other reviews wish I'd read them before ordering. Cheap nasty material and no chance of returning the clothing as it has to go back to China.

I wish I’d read all these reviews before ordering. Like all these other people, I was taken in by the Facebook advertising and the apparently beautiful, individual clothing on offer. Received the dress today (only ordered one item to try them out) and it’s cheap, nylon and doesn’t fit. Really disappointed. Might just give to charity and forget trying to return to China.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE Propped up by paypal under many known names.
I sent an email prior to sale asking about returns and not once did they say the return is to China.
Even once raised as a claim with paypal they have not admitted the returns is to China. The ORIGINAL postage label is from China but is first sent to a UK Walsall address. and then sent Royal Mail 48 to buyers.
i spent £95. Return postage to China (with tracking) will cost me £30. Also only half the clothes have arrived 2 weeks later. The 3 items that arrived are terrible quality, not the same as the website, no proper labeling so anything that says it has cotton in could have maybe 1%. All 3 itms I recieved are that awful polyester material and the XXL is huge and the XL is tiny and so far one arrived stained.
this company (if it is a company -as could be just a few scammers) willl make millions until the credit card and paypal people stop them which can take 6 months. Even if they are made to pay everyone back in full they have taken millions and made nterest on it for months. DISGRACEFUL. We consumers need better protection
Paypal compliance will probably shut this websites ability to use paypal for payment soon but will still need people scammed to prove return.
hackers should do the public a good deed and hack into these kind of sites and disrupt them .. ALSO TRUSTPILOT-IF THERE ARE 12 REVIEWS WITH 1 STARS AND ONLY 12 REVIEWS HOW COME YOUR OVERALL RATE IS 2 STARS?? 10TH FEBRUARY UPDATE- Paypal have a return shipping refund of up to £15 and to send back the 3 items by Royal Mail (950g) cost £17.70. I had to call paypal several times to get this £15 but did succeed. To get the actual refund of almost £95 , Paypal says I have to wait until JudySusan actually accept the parcel with the 3 returning items and refund me on paypal. - even although half my shipment never even arrived at my home. I see now that there are more reviews all complaining about quality or non receipt. Its now been a month since I paid this company. Paypal say that it could be another 21 days before the company get the parcel and refund but have conceded that as long as they can see the package has cleared Chinese customs then they will refund me without waiting for Judy Susuan-but i am willing to bet that in order to get that refund I will have to keep track myself and call paypal once I see it clears customs. I wonder if anyone has managed to get a refund from this company or paypal yet? Update 25th Feb. Paypal have now changed final review date twice from 21st to 25th and now it states 25th despite being told that once tracking shows parcel has cleared Chinese customs i would be refunded. It cleared Chinese customs in correct province over a week ago .poor show paypal.

Like the others above, poor quality clothing from China that you pay hefty postage for and have to return at your own cost. The jumper I ordered is virtually transparent. I’m yet to find out if I’m going to get a refund at all. It was advertised on Facebook so have reported to them, I think they should bear some responsibility for promoting them too.

Addendum: clothes returned, cash never refunded. I went through PayPal for a refund. Thieves.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was sucked in by the beautiful clothes and prices that seemed to indicate they would be good quality. I thought I was buying from a US company. In fact, the clothes are FROM China and bear no resemblance to the photos or descriptions. They are badly made, from cheap synthetic materials. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund as I paid by PayPal but the company are doing their best to be unhelpful. Their returns policy is that you have to pay return shipping to China and will only get a refund when they receive the items!
