Replaced 2 tyres two weeks ago, via just tyres. A large nail in one tyre required a replacement. Same day fitting selected. Delivered and new tyre fitted at the Malvern branch. Very pleased with the service, from the delivery to fitting.

Price good, service not so much…
Transaction went well and tyres were competively priced. However, the tyres were delivered 48 hours later than planned and the fitters weren't great at communicating this to me. I had to call 4 times before I got them fitted.

Good price but timing issues
Loved the price - same tyre considerably cheaper than others. However, I booked an appt online. When I reported to reception and said I was 10:30, their reply was ' I wish someone would tell them we don't go timed appointments?!

Yellow dot on tyre not next to valve
I have given malvern tyres a middle of the road rating as after having 2 new tyres fitted i realised they had not positioned the yellow dot next to the valve, in fact one tyre the yellow spot was opposite the valve and the red dot was next to the valve meaning that particular tyre was fitted 180° out.

Staff were friendly and helpful
Staff were friendly and helpful. The reason why the score is low is that the option on the Just Tyres website to select a time seems meaningless. Customers who walked in earlier are seen to first. Which is fair, so why offer this option when it is not actually possible. For me it was circa an hour plus wait. The staff did what they could.
