The service was friendly and prompt.

I used to get my glutton free bread on prescription but the government decided to remove this from prescriptions. However juvela (who i used to get the part baked rolls on prescription) will not sell these separately in bulk meaning not only do you have to order items you don't want to be able to get those you do, but you also have to subscribe to these orders.
In modern times where everyone shops via the Internet i don't believe this way of forcing you to buy things you don't want in order to get the things you do is a very good way to do business. By all means have a minimum order value. Even the subscription isn't too much of an issue, but not letting you create your own personalised monthly order to suit your particular needs is unnecessary in modern times.

We used to have Juvela White mix on prescription until our Health Authority stopped prescriptions for coeliac food. The whole family were delighted when I discovered we could buy it direct and the 'best' bread rolls ever are back on the menu in our house again. We wondered if they would taste as good after an absence of many years. We were not disappointed!

Contacted Juvela about squashed bread on arrival, absolute zero response 😑

I am now having to pay for my gluten free flour and the cheapest way to buy juvela is a box of 12 fibre mix to make bread/rolls. This is too much for every month so juvela kindly changed the order so that it comes every other month. This is perfect for how much I use

Using a Panasonic bread maker machine

Delivery was quick .The flour is excellent and I bake a lot. Makes great Yorkshire puddings.

Been using Juvella flour for 25years every bake comes out great ,I have tried others I don’t like them .
