Never again with this company, they said one think, and they do another 😅
They arrive at my house after 2 months of appointments, in this time I can sold the house 🙈. We agree like they will call me before they will come, they didn't. Should I said they stay only 7 minutes around and they make dirty my windows? Neh, I will not said.
Over all, never I will be you customer.

We are of course sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the process, and we would like to clarify a few points regarding the course of events.
You mention that you could have sold the house in the meantime. If you have sold the property, we naturally expect you to contact us by phone or email to cancel the order you have accepted. We have no way of knowing if a property has been sold unless we are notified.
You also write that we should have called before arriving. Our standard procedure is to send an email with the scheduled treatment date, ensuring the customer is informed prior to our arrival. In this specific case, we only rescheduled the treatment once due to weather conditions.
An algae treatment typically takes around 7-10 minutes. The duration of the treatment is therefore entirely as expected and does not indicate that the work was performed inadequately.
We naturally do our best to avoid hitting the windows during the treatment. However, with an algae treatment, we cannot guarantee that a few splashes won't occur on the glass. This is a natural risk associated with this type of outdoor treatment.
