As a first timer sending money in the Philippines by using the Kabayan Remit, doubting is normal in the first place. But after I signed up and starts sending money, calling customer service both via chat and phone. They help me to verified my account and after that the money immediately deposited to my account in the Philippines just after an hour. Hoping the trust of the people using your platforms should continually always. Especial mentioned to Ana and Rachel for amazing service.

Satisfied honestly and helpful

I am extremely upset and disappointed with what has happened to my money. Until now, the funds have still not been credited to my bank account, and I have not received a clear explanation or resolution.

I have already spoken with four customer service agents in Ontario, Canada, but unfortunately, none of them has been able to provide a satisfactory answer or explain what is causing the delay. This situation has been extremely frustrating, especially because I urgently need access to my money.

I would like to respectfully call on the management team, including Managing Director Analiza Roberts, who oversees commercial operations and customer service, and CEO Simon Roberts, to please take responsibility for this matter and ensure that it is investigated and resolved as soon as possible.

Customers deserve clear communication, transparency, and timely service, especially when their money is involved. I sincerely hope that someone from management will look into my case personally and provide me with a concrete update and resolution.

Kabayan Remit Canada has repeatedly delayed crediting my funds to my bank account in the Philippines without providing any prior notice or informing the customer about the delay. This lack of communication is very concerning, especially when customers are relying on the funds to be available on time

Been a loyal customer for a while until recently been trying to send more than usual but then held by compliance. They requested documents which was sent promptly without stating specifically what they wanted, they keep asking documents that was not previously asked and took ages to reply. I needed the money as soon as possible but disappointingly just waited 2 days straight constantly checking if they replied already with my email and they keep asking for more documents every time without any clear answer if transaction will be approved. Until they sent an email that my payment did not go through without saying where it is now. This caused me frustration and anxiety. Will uninstall the app and will never use the service again.

I feel greateverytime I sent money because the money get on time ..I am comfortable sending and th3 ag3nt are very helpful specially 8 dont see well . Thanks to all .

This company is absolutely rubbish. Every time I send £500 or more they stop the transaction due to compliance. Last time, we send them copies of 3 bank accounts showing substantial balances and they allowed to money to be forwarded to my family. Just 2 months later, today, I send £500 for family support and they have blocked the transaction yet again. They want proof of funds, but they already have that from last time. I can’t give them anything more than they already have. Meanwhile my family are waiting for the money to arrive so they can buy food. This has just caused so much stress to both me and my family. I don’t think they know what common sense is. I do not recommend this company at all, they are just useless.

Every time I send £500 or more the transcation is withheld by compliance. This is 3 times within 6 months, They asked for prood of funds and we sent the copies of our bank accounts with good healthy balances and then then released the funds. Again I have sent £500 and they have asked for proof of funds yet again, but they already have copies of our bank accounts showing the balances. But they want to proof yet again when they already have it. I would not recommend this company at all. Trying to send support to my family is an absolute nightmare. I will not be using them anymore, too much stress...

I was disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members at Niagara Taste of Manila.

There was an incident at Taste of Manila Niagara involving one of the staff members from Kabayan Remit that I found very disappointing and unprofessional.

The staff member displayed inappropriate and uncivil behavior toward another individual, repeatedly shouting, “Lumayas kayo! Lumayas ka!” Such language and behavior are unacceptable, especially in a public event where professionalism and respect should be observed.

Given the nature of the business, customer service and the ability to communicate respectfully with different people are essential. Regardless of the situation, there are proper and professional ways to address disagreements or concerns without shouting or humiliating someone in public.

I hope Kabayan Remit takes this incident seriously and reminds its staff that professionalism, respect, and proper customer service should always be maintained.
