I have been using Keepgo for travel in Mexico and Canada without any problems until yesterday (June 26, 2025). I could not connect in Canada, so I contacted customer support.
Ndifreke A was very helpful in resolving the issue. They had me replace my eSIM from the Phoenix to Eridanus plan at no charge.
So far everything works well.

I have been using Keepgo mifi hotspot for years and love it. We cruise a lot so it comes in handy with all the ports visited. What I found out is that on the ship it is not supposed to connect but sometimes when close to land it will work. Great when in port to call Uber etc. When I received my new device (since mine was old) Ndifreke was fantastic helping me get it set up. Even I ,

Bought a sim card for my dash cam and it worked perfectly. Quick and easy activation and my dash cam recognized the sim instantly in seconds.

There were several mistakes done by the ppl working at keepgo. I was sent a different SIM and wasn't adviced that the topup of this SIM is more expensive, then I was sent an other SIM and an agent had to activate it for me and finally the 2nd SIM that was sent was again with a different subscription but luckly the line could be changed from the tech side. Having said that the support was quite nice. I was asked if my address was correct which wasn't when I placed the order. When I was sent the SIM with higher costs, support was able to send me a new SIM card, and support helped with switching the line around. A bit of a rough start but support did a good job at fixing the issues.

I have been a KeepGo customer for several years now. Aside from offering highly competitive products which work flawlessly overseas in my experience, their customer service has always been excellent which earns goodwill in my view. I have just experienced such service during the activation of a physical sim card for an older mobile phone.

KeepGo is great, my wife and I both use it extensively in our travels. Great connection everywhere we go, unlike some other eSim providers who sell sub-standard or outright awful products. Customer service is also great - i forgot to move my eSim to the new phone, and HoaKhuong fixed this by quickly creating a new eSim. Thanks KeepGo, you are great!

Very fast response which solved the issue

Every time I need support from them, they quickly assist and always friendly staff.

The support team resolved my issue promptly and in a very positive manner.

Customer service was surprisingly responsive. Only thing I would recommend is adding to your instructions to try various service providers to solve connection problems. When I installed the esim, my device automatically selected a service provider that doesn't have a service agreement with keepgo, so I needed to select a different. Took a while to figure that out.

So far it seams really good and good price.i.will keep testing the esim

Customer service with this company is over the top. It is not always instant, but usually by the time they respond, they have fixed the problem described and are just letting you know and asking what else they can help with. Customer service rep Ndefreke A. has been especially helpful and I hope a raise or bonus is coming for providing such excellent customer service. Customer service rep HoaKhuong has also been especially helpful and I hope the same there. Overall it’s be good

Keepgo has always been a top provider for me when it comes to eSIMs. Now that the data never expires it's even better! Great prices, awesome service. Doesn't get better! Should out to Ndifreke for the awesome and fast service on my last chat switching my previous eSIM to my new phone.

Amazing product to have while traveling. Company customer service is always extremely responsive and helpful. My recent experience with Ndifreke was resolved in one email within a few minutes. 100% recommend this company.

It was nice, the concept is great, speed in my case, first test was a bit slow, but enough, and the speed depends on many factors, so, i was looking for something like this for a while.

I use Keepgo as a regular traveler because the data doesn’t expire and there are lots of pice options. I recently purchased a new phone and was easily able to move my eSIM to the new phone through online support and the specialist Hoa was great.
