Got it on the 9th set up was simple and easy. The build quality is great... I also picked up the leather case for it. It fits like a glove. I would buy it again.

I love this wallet device. It’s very intuitive, and easy to setup. Keystone makes the securist wallets . The air gap mode is a nice option.

I’m very satisfied with my overall Keystone experience.

I chose Keystone specifically because of its air-gapped design and strong security philosophy. Keeping the computer completely out of the trust model was very important to me, and the QR-based workflow works exactly as expected. The device feels solid and well-built, the screen is clear and responsive, and the user interface is intuitive even for more advanced use cases.

The purchasing and after-sales support experience was also excellent. I contacted the support team regarding a promotion timing issue, and they handled it professionally, transparently, and with clear communication. This gave me additional confidence in the company and its customer-first approach.

Keystone feels like a product designed for users who truly care about long-term security and proper asset management, not just convenience. I’m comfortable using it as a long-term cold storage and signing device for larger amounts.

The product with seed phrase security is a major reason I bought this item.

The purchasing price is very good for what you recieve, the shipping was fast and efficient. I purchased a bunch of these and have zero complaints, they are very heavy duty and the phrase tabs snap into place very easily and the screw plate holds the phrase down extremely well, I also liked the fact that they provide a hole on the end to use with a padlock as extra security. I highly recommend the product, you will not be sorry.

I have seen the product at YouTube in a demonstration and got interested in the same moment. The purchase process was easy and the delivery ok.

Excellent quality, stainless steel, looks durable and long-lasting. Perfect for storing your seed phrase offline.
If it had a lock included, it would have been even better. Especially since for this price, it would have been worth the extra cost of the lock, which is significantly cheaper when purchased separately.

I was VERY IMPRESSED with the packaging of my 2 seed phrase tablets.

Having said that… if I may make a suggestion or two? I appreciate the protection of the metal “inside”, but the adhesive clear plastic, left a little mess - that I had to use ammonia to remove the stickiness. I thought it GREAT you even supplied the screwdriver, but unfortunately the tip broke on me. I have small Phillip Screwdrivers but none worked… BUT like I mentioned, I had bought a 2nd Tablet and used that screwdriver-gingerly!

You may want to enclose a note, to NOT apply pressure when using the screwdriver.

They even include 2 extra screws.

Easy to order, easy to use and love the quality of the product. I am actually planning on getting another one for another wallet. Just using it made my keys feel safer.

I used it for several days. I figured everything out fairly quickly; however, the firmware update from the website during the initial setup took a very long time — it was downloading extremely slowly via Web USB.
I liked that it can be connected to a phone wirelessly, without a cable.
As for what I’d like to see improved:
I’d like to be able to set up a PIN that instantly wipes the wallet.
The ability to create a separate PIN for a wallet with a passphrase, so that the passphrase doesn’t need to be entered every time. This can be done on Ledger, and it’s very convenient.

dont buy. I bought, used once. Battery failed, cant charge. No support . A total waste of 150 USD
