Absolutely do not buy from this company. The light only worked once then didn't work again. When I asked for a refund due to the poor quality of the product they refused to refund me and insisted I fix the transformer with parts they sent. It's ridiculous they refuse to refund for a faulty product and expect people to attempt to fix this (we're entitled to a refund and I have been respectful and clear the entire time and explained my rights as a consumer but they ignored me). I encourage others with similar experiences to raise this with the ACCC.

The sign came out perfect!!!! I sheets have the worst experience but this one was easy, good price, and came much much faster than I anticipated. I will definitely order more

Professional, responsive, perfectly designed and quality product

Fantastic customer service and you made what I thought was impossible possible. I am thrilled and the finished product exceeds all of my expectations. I highly recommend when you purchase that you get the remote which allows dimming and turning on and off the main unit. I shop the surround with several other companies but I'm so glad that I went with Kings of neon.

We ordered a custom sign from Kings of Neon to be mounted on our food truck. Tabitha Pinchot was our sales guide and she did a wonderful job. We had a million question in which she was very patient and found out every answer that we needed. The sign was delivered on time and looks fantastic. The neon is very bright and vibrant. We couldn't be more happy with our new sign as well as working with Tabitha.

I don't usually write reviews because they just take too long for me to get my thoughts down. But I'm writing this one because this experience was way too good to keep to myself.

After inquiring about a neon sign for my 80's cover band, I was called by Tabitha, one of the sales people, to go over the design I had sent. She started to talk about the design and I stopped her mid sentence to say, "I know what I sent is a lot and probably not possible so you can make the sign one color or two if that is possible." And she continued to say, "No...what you sent is very possible...we can totally do that!" And right there I was floored.

I was sent a quote that quite literally knocked me aback. I don't know if anyone else has looked into neon signs, but they're expensive...and fragile. And I was planning on taking this thing to every show we do. So I needed something that could hold up to lots of traveling. The LED neon sign was the way to go.

After one minor revision, which ended up knocking the price down even more, I purchased and was ready to get put into production. I was told that the sign should be on my front door step in about 2-3 weeks. Totally resonable and understandable. I understand these things take time. I don't want to set an expectation for anyone who chooses to go with Kings of Neon when their sign will get to them. But let me just say that it was way sooner than I was told. Unbelievable how quick it got to me.

Is this neon? No...if you're expecting that, you will be disappointed. In my opinion, having to travel with this thing, it's BETTER. Doesn't feel flimsy. Don't feel like I have to be super careful with it (not that you want to purposely drop it). Super bright. Love the different flashing modes.

I can't say enough good things about this company, the product and the service. Thank you Kings of Neon. You have a very happy customer.

This really was a seamless process and the result is exactly what I expected. Nice finding a company that you can work with online where the final product is made overseas, but the communication is excellent and you receive exactly what you expected to receive. The timeline was very reasonable as well. Kudos to Kings Of Neon for getting it right!
