I don’t think the site is professional

I don’t think the site is professional, Kollyy does not make it easy to contact them!!! I had to dig deep just to find FAQs. I bought an item, along with a free gift and I have been waiting forever for my products to come to my door. Also whenever I try to “track my order” it does NOT actually track the order. It does not show where the order may or may not be. Its only useful as a frikkin receipt. I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF MY ORDER IS EVEN ON THE WAY. This makes me feel like maybe it was a scam!!!!

Shipped immediately and great customer service

I’m actually surprised that my package was delivered fast considering it’s from overseas. I also love the products that I received from them and they didn’t forget to update me about my order. Love their service and the products are all amazing definitely worth the price!

Good quality clothing

Good quality clothing came in perfect condition with no flaws or fraying. Lace pieces don’t easily rip or fray like typical lace.

Friendly and Great Communication

Kollyy has a simple and easy method to collabing with them. They were very clear and prompt on responding to any questions I had. The items came fast and they stayed in contact to make sure I was comfortable with what was expected of me! I will definitely work with them again, they were extremely nice while also respecting and cheering my own personal brand and page!

fabric is just not what i imagined

From the pictures on the website I just hoped for better quality... The fabric is really thin (I thought that "regular thickness" described the fabric) and doesn't really look like the pictures, feels like the price isn't justified.

I'm really happy with the quality of the accessories and the quick shipping, though!

I absolutely loved their site

I absolutely loved their site, I got around 5 clothes from this store and THEY ARE AMAZINGGG!!! The quality fits well for the price and it's completely trustworthy. The shipping period was pretty good too, I think it took 2 weeks? U can always check reviews on tiktok or any social media 💋💋💗
