Great service to the UK
I bought two pairs of Fuse ankle guards from the kunstform BMX Shop as the UK distributor has gone bust, and it was the only place stocking the Omega ankle guards that had them in stock. I love these guards - use them all the time since I broke my ankle - so the fact they were in stock is a big positive for a start ! But the additional positive was the great service and relatively speedy delivery to the UK - the only cause for delay was my local Parcelforce office. One of the best ranges for all sorts of bike-related protection and good service to the UK - what's not to like ?!

Yes, things like that happen. But we are always ready to help and offer quick and uncomplicated solutions for this, you just have to contact us. A bad rating should always be the last resort, so we don't think this rating is justified. The fact that we paid the 85 euros shipping costs to Bratislave and sold the bike a total of almost 250 euros cheaper was not mentioned at all and I find that sad and disrespectful. You have no idea how much energy we invest to advance the BMX sport. Best regards Daniel
