Fashionary easy to deal with, but...
Fashionary are an easy company to deal with, returns are no problem and refund easy. I found the sizing of the one piece swimsuits didn’t work out for me. The swimsuits themselves are fabulous, good quality and gorgeous designs, but the sizing just didn’t work out for me.

I set up a free returns postage label…
I set up a free returns postage label on the website but when I took this to the Post Office, it would not scan therefore I had to pay the returns postage. I reordered the goods and had to pay even more delivery postage. In all I paid 3 lots of postage and hence paid £10 above the cost of the slippers.

Firstly we refund every customer's delivery cost for a returned order, so you have not paid any delivery costs for your order.
Regarding your free returns label, we partner with Royal Mail to provide free returns, we have a process with them where customers can either print off their free returns label at home or take a bar code to the Post Office who can provide you with a free returns label in-store. All this process is managed by Royal Mail and I am truly sorry this didn't work and you had to pay for the returns postage. I can assure you that I will raise this issue with Royal Mail.
I'm very disappointed you feel our service only deserved 3 stars, especially as I don't think we could have done anything more to provide good customer service.
On January 30th you contacted us to ask to be notified when an item would be back in stock. We did this and you were able to buy the slippers you wanted. We provide free and easy returns for our customers (which not all companies do) and we refund original delivery costs. We do this because we want our customers to be happy with their order.
As an apology for your inconvenience, I have also emailed you offering a good will gesture on your replacement slippers.
I also hope that you would consider updating your review on Trustpilot, we are a small company and positive reviews really help us. I hope you found my feedback/response helpful.

Item is ok and serves its purpose but was described as jersey material which it is not, more like thin fleece. No ribbon inside to hold it together and the material does not stretch at all, which jersey does
