Very pleased
I ordered two different veils as I wasn't sure what style I wanted. Both of them were beautiful! The delivery was fast and arrived within a few days. Unfortunately I thought my dress was white and ordered white veils but my dress is actually off white/light ivory and so they didn't match. Nothing to do with the veils, just me not checking properly before ordering. Very pleased with the experience and I'll definitely be repurchasing the veils in a different colour

I received my money back as soon as they received veils. Brilliant customer service. I also bought petticoat from them, it is perfect and very comfortable to wear. It gives my dress a volume and perfect appearance. Highly recommended this shop.

Amazing quality, value and customer service!!
I brought a 5 ring underskirt from Lacey Bell which was just too big for my dress, I sent it back (after I had opened it and tried it) and my refund was in my bank within a few days! I was gutted I brought the wrong underskirt as the quality was amazing! and the fit was perfect! I will definitely be buying my veil from Lacey Bell!!!
