Brilliant friendly service
Brilliant friendly service. Our Motorhome was booked in for a manufacturer recall. Not only was the recall sorted out quickly and efficiently, the technician also sorted out 2 other minor issues. We had an excellent breakfast whilst we waited for issues to be sorted. Van was handed back to us by a lovely friendly service desk receptionist. Will be definitely use again for servicing and habitation check.

A well organised team effort, good communication about expectations on the day and introductions to the tech’s who would be carrying out the habitation service.
The work was completed to a good standard and ahead of time. Regular updates from the customer service lead & technician and a good personal handover on completion.
Lovely cafe too.

Horrendously poor company
Horrendously poor company. Was lied to from the very start of my motorhome purchase. Lied about parts being fitted, lied to finance company about collection date so they could get paid. Meanwhile I was paying for a motorhome that I hadn’t yet received, lied about work being carried out on van that hadn’t been. The list goes on and on. Finally I decided to cancel the sale and request a refund of deposit. I wasn’t wanting to write this review prior to speaking with the company director and requested a call with him but again they weren’t interested and just kept making excuses. To this day 2 month later I’ve still not had a call from them so it was time to write this. I am appalled and disgusted with the treatment we received and the lies that were told. Especially to finance company so they could be paid. I will NEVER deal with this company again and will actively discourage others from doing so. The motorhome we were buying had a faulty part that they kept trying to fix to no avail. When I suggested just replacing with a new module they point blank refused. The van was sold to me for 40k and is now still on sale with them at 48k. I would avoid this van at all costs. Autograph 79-6.
Too much trouble? - not at Leisure World Catterick.
Once again Leisure World Catterick have gone the extra mile. We experienced a fault with the toilet flush on our van. It turned out to need a new pump. As it was nearly Xmas I was expecting to return in the New Year. This was not the plans Lawrence (Service Department) or Lee had in mind despite parts being needed. I was told to bring the van in the next day and Lee happily fitted the parts which he had spare in his toolkit. This is the second time that I have experienced this here and can highly recommend the team there to do what they can to meet/exceed customer expectations. Superb service and other dealers should take note.

Great friendly service
Made to feel welcome, staff took time to listen to my concerns. Technician Lee came to find me on site, took me to my Motorhome to explain fault.
Karen and the check in staff explained the process for warranty claim.
Service cost clearly outlined and seemed very reasonable.
On top of good friendly service the sausage sandwich and tea were excellent!

LW Catterick for MOHO 1st hab service
I visited LW Catterick to have our motorhomes 1st hab service completed along with a couple of minor issues and Connor the technician was amazing in completing the work and informing me what was to do and completing it. Sophie on service reception was very polite, helpful and happy when booking us in and completing our paperwork. Finally it’s worth visiting just for the breakfast and shop!

Warranty Repairs Completion.
Todays visit was to complete the warranty repairs on our Coachman Caravan. It could not have gone better.
The repairs were carried out in just over an hour.
Long enough to enjoy a scrumptious Cherry almond scone and coffee!

New motorhome purchase experience.
We recently purchased our brand new Adria motorhome from Leisureworld, Catterick.
After returning with a few minor teething troubles, which is often to be expected with a brand new vehicle, we were very satisfied with the after sales service team, especially Sophie and Johnny, who were very polite, professional and efficient in sorting things for us. And we give a big vote of thanks to Lee, in store sales team member, who has been especially helpful in assisting us with the ordering and purchase of extras like our E- bikes. Leisureworld provides a great shopping experience and provides a wonderful in house coffee shop for all customers. A great experience all round for campers, caravanners and shoppers alike. Highly recommend.

Caravan had 2nd year service
Caravan had 2nd year service all good. When my husband dropped it off he was really early but Sophie arranged for him to go into their lovely cafe and have a complimentary coffee and scone which she didn’t have to do. She has kept us up to spec with phone calls and videos and was altogether charming and couldn’t have been more helpful so thank you to her. Very impressed all round.

We bought a motorhome…
We bought a motorhome in the last couple of months, brilliant service from Josh explaining everything, after we got delivery we had a couple of problems Josh tried to sort them out but obviously it wasn’t his department, after a few phone calls not really getting any answers I rang and got Lawrence this time. He was fantastic he listened to me waffling on with the problems I had and with one thing and another he got them all sorted ! I can’t thank him enough leisure world should be very proud to have him working for them and his customer service.

Caravan Service
I needed to book my caravan in for service. There were a few problems from my side which caused a booking to be changed over and over. This was handled by Rebecca Brough who organised a choice day for my visit. She was very helpful and got me the choice i required. I needed to change for personal reasons several times and Rebecca just did the necessary admin to ensure I was happy. She has very good customer service attitude

From the time making my service booking to getting progress on the job and then picking the caravan back up, it has been a refreshing joy! It may seem simple to say all you want is good service and friendly people to deal with, but it’s not easy to find. I would like to say a massive "Thank you" to Clara at the Catterick branch of Leisure World for outstanding customer service. Her attitude to resolving a warranty issue with an item I purchased from them is truly exemplary.
The fault with the item was not caused by Leisure World, as it was received in that condition from the manufacturer but Clara could not have been more helpful in progressing things for me. She took responsibility for follow-up action on my behalf by communicating with the supplier to instigate the return process.
So many times these days, in instances where a fault is found with a new product, there's a general reluctance for retailers to give assistance because it's likely to be 'ag' to sort out with the manufacturer - specially when it's not of the retailer's making.
I'm happy to say that confirmation of the repair has been acknowledged under manufacturer warranty, and it is scheduled to be returned soon.
Clara, thanks to you, it was a breeze to sort out; you're fab.
Finally, to others who read this, I'm not related, I've not been paid to write this review, and I wouldn't know the woman if she passed me in the street!!!
It's just nice to give some praise where it's due.

What an absolutely amazing service we received from Sofie, who liaised with the technicians regarding a 12v problem on our motorhome she arranged for Lee and Connor to take a look and they identified and solved our problem.

Excellent from start to finish
What a great experience we’ve had with Catterick Caravans whilst taking our caravan for its annual service. From the first telephone call to book in, to the actual service we’ve received today at the service it has been fantastic.
The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble, keeping us informed of their progress at regular intervals.
The bistro on site was excellent for lunch. We can throughly recommend and will be back ourselves again next year.
