I really appreciate my Life Station. I have a suggestion...make the lanyard that holds the device thinner. When I take a shower and get it wet, it takes a long time to dry.

The person on the phone, Tom Dolan, was pleasant and helpful. I sincerely believed he tried to obtain the most needed device, for the least amount of money. I tend to distrust salespeople, but Mr Dolan at least made it a positive experience. I look forward to getting my device and testing it out.
