The people here at lighthouse made me feel like family. When I wasn’t sure of my move out date they still kept in touch with me to make sure I was ok. They helped me even on the weekends. They were fast and answered all my questions. I’m sure I will use them again. Thank you guys so much. If anyone ever needs service like this I would recommend their service 100%. Thank you again.

I wish I would of known about this company sooner. I applied for my apartment and put them down as my apartment locator. They give the option to get your payment monthly or to receive a lump sum. I chose the lump sum to help me recover from the cost it took me to move. I was originally quoted to get $340 back, which I was pretty happy with. However they contacted me by email on March 23, 2022 and let me know the payment will be $730 (6 days after I moved in).

Before I could receive the payment, my apartment complex had to confirm that I actually signed my lease and moved in, this took a while but they kept me updated. I got another email on April 11th telling me that the apartment confirmed and I was prompted to add my bank details to get my cashback offer. I received it on April 18, due to Easter and Good Friday Holiday. I highly recommend this company!! And will be using again in the future.

Lighthouse was extremely helpful in finding somewhere to live. My agent sent me properties that weren’t even listed on the rental sites, not to mention outside of their usual search radius! My agent was very nice, texted me Back reasonably fast, and even got me $100 back after I signed my lease. I’m currently in the process of recommending them to my friend who is looking for her first apartment.

How people would live without real estate agencies, it's a real mystery to me. I have applied several times to real estate agencies in my life as I required specific information concerning various accomodation which I acquired for my personal needs. The last I decided to apply to this real estate agency as they seemed to me quite reliable and their website looks beatiful. I contacted the managers and explained in details what I needed. They listened to me carefully, politely asked questions and proposed options. I agreed for one of the option and these days I have several accommodations..

I worked with Debbie for a few months and got the place I wanted with a cash back payment. Such a great service and it’s free! Easy to reach and always friendly.

First off this is not a paid review. I'm an actual client. This team is outstanding! They did exactly what they said they will do, there were a few hiccups due to no fault of this team but they stayed in constant contact until everything was worked out. I would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing team! My previous agent was Alan and he was super helpful, efficient, and accessible! My new agent Debbie Nguyen is PHENOMENAL. She has gone through the most difficult time of my life with me, trying looking for a new home when it seemed like there was absolutely no one who would rent to me. She has made countless phone calls and reached out to multiple businesses, relieving so much of my own stress. I am absolutely blown away by the kind of service she has provided, and on top of that, she is such a wonderful person! She was there to help pick me back up when I was down and at my lowest. I absolutely love the Lighthouse team and would continue to use them for as long as I could!!
