Great knowledge and advice when I called to check some details.
Ordered in the afternoon and they were delivered the next day.
Installed in the afternoon, very easy to switch out existing dimmer switches and so much more controllable, the app is quick and easy.
The future for light switches!!

Great product support

I have invested in a lot of Lightwave dimmers and sockets and am very impressed with there performance, features and latterly technical support. I had cause to contact support when I had an issue with a new dimmer. This was resolved very promptly, by Roly, to my complete satisfaction. A true sign of a great company is when there is an issue and Lightwave did not disappoint. Thanks again.

Lightwave RF light automation issue

I had a slight automation issue with a single and double gang Llightwave RF light switch and the Lightwave app. I called and spoke to Callum who works in the support department. Callum was excellent, his communication was brilliant, he listened to my issue and problem solved, resulting in him fixing the issue. I was very happy with the level of support I received and Callum was exceptional to that. I would strongly recommend Lightwave to anyone that buys there products. Their level of expertise is brilliant and support is exceptional. Strongly recommended. Ash M

Lightwave received and fixed my 4 gang…

Lightwave received and fixed my 4 gang smart dimmer in excellent time. The customer service was amazing, with excellent prompt communication (thank you Saffron) and we had our smart dimmer back up and running in record time. Many thanks for your help and wonderful customer service.

Great Product

An excellent, simple, product. The majority, if not all, of your light fittings and bulbs will be compatible, you just replace the light switch, plug socket etc and connect the new socket to the Link+ box via the LightwaveRF app (you do need to buy the Link+ box in addition to the sockets, but only one Link+ for the whole house). You can control the sockets through the LightwaveRF app, which is actually quite nice, or you can link the system to Google Home (which is what I've done) and control the system with voice commands, you can also link it to Alexa.

You can set routines and timers, control brightness, all without the need for expensive SMART bulbs. It's just what I was looking for, nearly all of my light sockets are now LightwaveRF (its nice to be able to turn the outdoor light on as I arrive home) and all of my important plug sockets (things with floor lamps etc plugged in).

I highly recommend this system.

Great customer service!

I had a problem with one of the light dimmers. I contacted technical support who diagnosed an issue with the unit and arranged for a replacement to be sent. The whole process was straightforward and most importantly quick! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Jack from their customer services team also followed up some time later to ensure everything was okay!

Once we had identified the product…

Once we had identified the product Lightwave the information and assistance received from the company and in particular Dave Simmons was excellent.

As we had not previously installed this system the benefits were fully explained to our Electrical consultant who was most impressed.

In order to meet the constraints we had in the overall lighting system we found the further assistance invaluable and allowed a fully compatible system to be achieved.

Sourcing of first generation Lightwave switches

I had a problem with a switch and was unable to source a new one via the internet. I spoke to Dave who thought some may be in the office and despite going down with a sickness bug he still kept the matter in hand and was able to locate the switches I needed. Great service and whenever I have problems with Lightwave products the Lightwave team are usually on hand to resolve them.

Amazing service. Cool products

Amazing service.

We tried one room, and then went for the whole house!
The relays can automate non-light things, we use one to voice control our awning. The ability to use lightwave to set up ‘scenes’ is amazing.

Customer service is outstanding! Must have called 4 times whilst configuring different things throughout the house, and each time they were knowledgeable and got it solved.

Lightwaverf Technical support staff very helpful

I have been using Lightwaverf for couple of years now to remotely switch on and off and program light switch when I am away. Recently I had a technical issue and I called them and the technical team member was very helpful and he advised me the right thing to do and I could resolve the issue easily. Really happy with the technical staff.

Had great pre sales advice about adding in some heating controls to the LightwaveRF Link plus L2 hub.
Bought a thermostat which I had some problems with ( my fault ). They sorted it out extremely quickly.

Placed order for smart sockets, switches and starter kit. Dave was great help from start to finish listening carefully to my requirements and walking through the details. He also offered me yet to launch promotion and that saved me quite a lot of money. Great experience so far!

Best Customer Service!

This is the best customer service I’ve ever received for a product! I’ve used their products for many years and decided to expand my system out to my newly built summerhouse. I contacted the customer service team to add a second link (2nd Generation) to my system and the ticket was picked up very quickly by Callum Daly. He then became my point of contact and added my second link and sorted out my logins. He was very efficient and always prompt at replying to my messages. He phoned me at a convenient time for me as well which was very helpful. An absolute credit to Lightwave and will make me continue to buy their products
