Quick and brilliant response!

Got through to the agent named Iro, who was extremely helpful and polite! No long waiting time or loads of different options, but very quickly through to someone I could speak with! I really appreciate that! Iro was very professional and dealt with the issue I had very quickly!
So very happy with Iro’s response to the problem I had in such a kind and patient way! Brilliant!

The excellent customer after care…

The excellent customer after care service given by Iro. Nothing was too much, patient and understanding, not to mention helpful. This is a commodity not always found in businesses today. This review asks for the date of my experience. I have given the most recent, but from the very first encounter with Lit fibre they have gone above and beyond what I would expect and that is every single person that I have had the pleasure to have dealings with. Not just a one off encounter. I am certain that customer service is the companies key mandate, built on a great product

Great experience - Happy customer!

I had a great experience with Lit Fiber’s customer service, all thanks to Iro. After some confusion following their transition to CityFibre, he personally sorted out the issue and made sure my previous agreement was honored, which was a big relief. On top of that, he even offered a free month as a goodwill gesture, which I really appreciated. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers, and it made all the difference. Lit Fiber should definitely give him a shoutout for his excellent support—it’s that kind of service that makes the company stand out.

I have been very happy with Lit100

I have been very happy with the Lit100 service from Lit Fibre and with support from Iro. Installation was very smooth, and the app makes it easy to manage the service. They provided an extender when I found that the wifi signal did not reach all parts of the house. The internet service has been consistently fast with only one short outage, and the support team are easily available by phone or email and respond quickly to any questions.

Excellent... until something goes wrong

Lit Fibre have been great... until you need them to support you. Since installation in April 2024 we have had a flawless broadband supply until last Wednesday (27th Nov) when it all went horribly wrong. Our broadband went offline with no warning. After a few hours I called and they sent an engineer out within a few hours... great!

The engineer ruled out any issues with our line and said it is "upstream". The next day I phoned and was told it's "further upstream"... at the time of writing we have had no internet for 5 days, no timeline, no update.. nothing... (I phone every day to be told "It's upstream and we cannot give you a date)

AVOID Lit Fibre if you
- Expect any semblance of a response to faults
- Expect the person in support to have any clue about when the issue will be resolved

Bottom line:
- Cheap provider, without the resource to fix issues
- No doubt someone from Lit will reply to this saying "Oh I'm sorry and be very polite about it but as to actually FIXING THE ISSUE? I doubt it very much"

I am renewing my contract with Lit…

I am renewing my contract with Lit Fibre, due to the excellent service and uptime I have had from the system.
Also the service is symmetrical in both download and upload speeds. Unlike some of the services provided by the majority of broadband providers, coupled to no price increases during the contracted period, it makes it an easy choice.

Today I spoke to lenny about a problem…

Today I spoke to lenny about a problem and he was wonderful with helping me and patient with me and my questions. Lit fibre in general is a very good WiFi to have with have had no problems with the connection and it only cut out with they are doing updates which they also tell you on their app so a thumbs up all around from me

Renewed with Litfibre again

I have been with Litfibre for 2 years and just renewed another 2 years because the service is great, customer service is always responsive and there is transparency for when there is down time for maintenance. Easily the best providers I have used to date. Iro who helped me renew was very helpful in the whole process and I look forward to another 2 years with Litfibre if they keep up this level of service.

WIFI INSTALLATION

The males that came to fit our WiFi were absolutely brilliant- thank you so much👍 they were all lovely and patient, solved any issues!! Great service- thank you again all of you

Great service

Customer Support Being Helpful

Alex from Customer Support has helped me with all of my questions related to gaming. explained them and gave me a better idea of what to expect.

Speeds, price p/m and no mid contract price hikes makes me lean more towards Lit fibre.

I’ll definitely consider Lit Fibre in the future, unfortunately my BT contract ends mid next year so I’ll have to wait it out first.

Excellent tech support from Lit Fibre

A couple of months ago, I experienced an issue affecting all of my IoT devices related to CGNAT (for those tech-savvy folk). The complex issue was resolved quickly by the excellent tech support and networks teams at Lit Fibre.

After a planned maintenance activity to transfer the network over the City Fibre last night, I was back to square one with the problems. However, a quick call to Lit tech support, and Iro sorted the issue in 15 minutes... that is excellent customer service!

Thank you to Iro and the amazing Lit Fibre Support team. City Fibre... please make sure you retain these folk!!

One of the best

OK, I have been with Lit Fibre just over a year now. I can honestly say I have never regretted my decision. Constantly fast broadband speed, a static IP address (extra), very reliable wifi and a customer and technical service team I know I can rely on if I need them.

Fantastic service from Lit Fibre.

Fantastic service from Lit Fibre, never had any problems, myself with the 500mb deal, I rang customer services to see when my contract was up, as I’m looking for a faster deal, and spoke to a really helpful advisor, Iro, who advised me and, to my surprise, was very pleasant, patient and super friendly. Recommended
