If i could give this 0 rating i would

If i could give this 0 rating i would. Worth noting that this company are a subsidiary of WOWCHER, which i did not know.
I paid for a mattress through this company on 7th Dec. Delivery was guaranteed by 31st dec but i never received any communication about the mattress/delivery. I've now been in conversation with their 'customer service team' for 15 days and they are still refusing to process a refund, even though the merchant is not responding to any of their emails or my emails. My only choice now is to try to claim from my credit card company. I cannot stress enough how awful they have been. I could not recommend anyone buy any product from this company.

This company is a rip off operation

This company is a rip off operation and somebody ought to report them to the police or to the authorities.
I’ve read some of the other reviews and they mirror my experiences of paying money with my bank account and being sent incoherent emails with ‘ Vouchers’ Requiring you to pace links into browsers - Which lead to another close loop that you cannot use to contact them or to complete your order.
Advise anybody not to try and use them - You won’t get your goods and you won’t get your money.
I am going to investigate the possibilities of initiating some kind of action via my bank/credit card and Google/ISP.
They ought to be shut down. I’m extremely angry at having been blatantly conned.

Livingsocial are scum

I ordered and paid for a nightvision nature camera. I was given no indication that there was a voucher involved and I needed to redeem it. Scumbags. Don't buy anything from these lowlifes.

I would give a

I would give a - score if it was possible. This company are horrendous. I ordered a jacket nothing came. I contacted them and they stated I had a voucher which expired. I didn’t receive anything at all from them. They had the cheek to say all they could do was issue me with a credit even though I had received absolutely nothing. I found a pair of trainers out of credit which I don’t need. These are still yet to arrive

BEWARE: Paid for 3 x CharlotteTilsbury…

Paid for 3 x CharlotteTilsbury foundations on the 15 October on one voucher. I was then forwarded onto postage which I paid. The postage was for 2nd class delivery, ie 5 November.
Nothing arrived so looked on App. Refunded 1 x CharlotteTilsbury and other 2 expired. So lost almost £46!
Never received an email stating goods not fulfilled or codes.
No longer purchasing from site.
BEWARE!

Be aware

Be aware - if you order multiples of an item you get a separate voucher for each item and have to pay the postage fee on each one!!! Disgusting service and it is Livingsocial who determine the postage not the Merchant!!

Could Not Even Submit Costco Membership Deal

I got an email with a Costco Membership deal where you get a $40 digital card (basically the membership then costs you $25 then). I tried to sign up (gave my name, email, credit card info) and it says "There was a problem with your submission." Makes me think the whole deal wasn't legit in the first place.

Pay good money for nothing.

Ordered goods, paid postage in separate transaction.
Nothing arrived, no explanation, no apology.
PayPal got me a refund for the goods. When I asked for my £4.99 postage fee, they are unable to help me.
So LivingSocial keep my money for no service.
Disgusting !

Be careful when registering with Livingsocial

Registered with Livingsocial as they had an offer for a restaurant near where I stay. The voucher was £29.99 which was reasonable price. When I noticed my bank statement there was another £17.47 taken off my card. I thought someone had used my card.
The emails have gone back and forward between Livingsocial and me regarding this extra money. I had few emails asking: “Do I have another email address”; “could a family member be involved”. Then FINALLY I was told the following:
£6.49
Voucher Validity Extension is only available for purchase on selected deals, as indicated to you on the site, the price of the Voucher Validity Extension will increase as a voucher gets closer to its original Expiry Date but the price will be quoted on site within the “My Wowchers/ Vouchers section

I was finally told because I didn’t UNTICK the above boxes when registering with them - this was these charges!

I have looked and told LS I never saw any boxes to untick. So I had a check with their pregs and conditions and still could not see any boxes to untick. I told LS ‘would it not be best to TICK boxes rather than untick them’ IF YOU CAN EVEN FIND THEM.

The restaurant did not even know about the deal with LS - they said they would honour the voucher though.

Misleading people this way is so wrong. I have just given up the fight to get my money back reluctantly because of health reasons.

This Organisation has no scruples as long as they make profit.

Grinch Advent Calendar not fit for purpose and no return label, do not purchase from Living Social

Purchased rubber duck advent calendars x2 and 1 Grinch advent calendar. I had to pay postage for each item but they all arrived in the same box. The duck calendars aren't great but the Grinch advent calendar is so tiny it is not fit for purpose. Contacted Living Social who forwarded to the company to respond and resolve. No response or resolution. Living social then told me to return using the return label, no return label provided. Communicated this to Living Social and told to return at my own cost. This useless item cost £9.99 + £2.99 in postage to get it here, the duck calendar were £1.99 each postage in same box. Don't what ever you do shop with Living Social

TOTAL SCAM! This is a criminal operation, not a company

Paid for what I thought was 6-bottles of wine, with next day delivery and in a giftbox.

I didn't realise it was a weird voucher code system. It didn't turn up so I looked into it.

Then when I went to redeem the voucher - a week before the expiry date. It does not work on the website and states it is expired.

I have reported this company Action Fraud, the national cyber crime agency. And will be seeking a refund through my credit card company.

Living Social is a SCAM …

Ever since I bought the voucher I have been trying to redeem without any success , it appears the merchant details are incorrect, I have contacted you numerous time without any success, the Voucher code is FVFRHN-TGD9QJ

The merchant site that I click on careermatch-uk.com which on the voucher indicates an error message received is
I have tried to contact living social on numerous occasions without any success, I emailed numerous times, called with no answer only redirecting switch board which is an indication they know they are ripping off us unsuspecting consumers, should be investigated for fraudulent activities.
