Total scam. The products were shipped from China, if you want to return the items, which is the quality of Ali Express/ Temu, they give you their address in China! And you need to ship at your own costs, including taxes, which is unbelievable. Avoid at all costs.

This business is a total scam. Ordered a light and payment taken at time of order. I chased us for weeks to get order - nothing has been received. They send fake emails saying order shipped, but shipping details are fake. Do not order thru this site.

Don't ordere from this company, they are scammers.
One star it's way too much for this company.
The website looks nice and it seems the products are good quality but in reality the products come directly from China (on one of the light remote it's written only in chinesse), this products you can order it from Temu or Shein for 7-8 €.
I've ordered about 7 products, order number #2792 and #2793, in the middle of June, they arrived one by one, last product I received it last week, they did not want to give me a retur ticket until I receive the full order. After I received everything, they ask me to send them pictures. After I've sent them pictures they pretend they don't understand my request and after another complain they offer me 20% refund.
This company it's a scamm, I've lost more then 600€
I am going to report them at the consumer protection.

They scammed me!!! and it was a big order.
Reply: Funny how there is a response to this, yet nothing is actually being done. The order was placed a month ago, with a total value of €594.79. Enough with scamming people.

Respond to my email, or I will take legal action.

Complete scam, avoid. Wrong product sent. Mobile phone given on the website which never gets picked up.

I ordered 3 lamps from Living Nova last week. I got 3 inferior lights that are worth €15 each not the €203 that I paid! I am currently emailing again and trying to get a reply and get the correct lights. I think a refund may be preferable!

Unfortunately, ordered two lamps here for 197 eur..after I received a tracking number with YunExpress, I realised that the company was not actually shipping products from The Netherlands, but it is a dropshipper from China. Personally, I try to avoid any experience with dropshippers, so I tried to cancel the order straight away, before it actually gets physically shipped. I emailed the company, but got no response so far. Based on reviews it seems I have very slim chances for any refund:(

I bought two lamps. They were not glass as advertised but plastic. Took about 10 emails to get a return shipment address. Up to 50% reduction was offered if I would keep the goods which I did not want to. Shipped back but still have not received my money back and they stopped answering emails. Package which arrived was clearly from china. Return address was a private address not a warehouse. I will go to police as next step.

I ordered 2 lamps 16 days ago - to date I have received no confirmation that it has been sent and I've received no track and trace number. Due to the fact that this was a time sensitive order due to renovations I then cancelled the order after 7 days which is within my right under EU consumer law. I've called the customer service number more than 50 times with no success - It is either off or just rings and goes over to voice mail.

To date I've sent 12 emails confirming my cancellation of the order under EU Herroepingsrecht and have received 4/5 replies - the first 3 replies stated that they would speak to the fullfilment team.

The last 2 replies said that they could not cancel once an order is placed.

They have an instagram account when I posted a comment which was simply a link to their trust pilot reviews I was blocked on instagram and my comments were removed.

I suggest that we all band together to take this company down, this is unacceptable customer service and our rights under the consumer protection act are being undermined.

Do not trust this company. Do not buy from them.
