False advertising and ripping off customers.
I ordered a banana parasol and in the advertisement, it stated it comes with a built in blue tooth speaker and lights. When it arrived it was just a banana parasol nothing special. Plus they should advise you when looking to purchase you would be paying £14.99 for delivery. It’s disgusting what making money off people. I could have picked up any banana parasol from anywhere. I was only looking to purchase this know it was advertised with the blue tooth speaker and lights.
I can not find an easy way to contact them other than that what’s app telephone number or address. STOP YOUR FAKE ADVERTISING AND RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF.

Ordering my package was completely fine they had a set of amazing deals (I was looking for a spa weekend including a hotel)

Found one, paid extra for another night. Now I redeemed my voucher as soon as I knew how once I bought it in anticipation for my relaxing weekend which starts today.

On the advertisement it clearly states "access to spa" so I had assumed that once at the hotel I would be able to book and pay for treatments. This is not the case and the hotel has said that "it usually has to be booked about a month in advance". This is not stated on WOWCHERS site even after confirmation not once is this mentioned. I feel the advertisement is GROSSLY misleading. Additionally, I called the hotel to see if I could move my booking all amidst the confusion they said to me since I bought from a third party (WOWCHER) only they can assist and amend the booking.

Initially I was happy for the booking to simply be moved to a later date to give me time to book treatments as I bought a spa package not a hotel stay package. However the customer service of the hotel was very poor and they weren't at all sympathetic just stated "usually people check" and "subject to availability". I paid over £300 to finance my spa weekend and upon speaking to WOWCHER they have not been helpful at all! I simply want a refund so I am able to fund another spa weekend elsewhere.

Be very careful when you purchase anything as they are extremely misleading. I am deeply appalled with the customer service from the hotel and from WOWCHER on WhatsApp. There is no way to call a customer service number to deal with urgent matters which I think is ridiculous.

First & last time using WOWCHER & I definitely do not recommend to anyone.

I will not be going to my booking today as I opted for a spa weekend and not a hotel stay. Additionally, provisions were put in place not only to fund this weekend but for me to be able to travel as a registered disabled individual which I'm sure ypu can imagine I dont get many breaks to myself.

Disgusted.

Don't partner with Wowcher!

We started selling on Wowcher back in september of 2025, but the experience quickly turned into a disaster. In total, Wowcher charged us nearly all of our revenue through invalid “late dispatch fees”.

Before listing our products, we had multiple calls with Wowcher and received written confirmation by e-mail that the prices we entered into their system were the amounts we would actually be paid out. However, once orders started coming in, Wowcher began applying excessive maximum late dispatch fees that almost completely wiped out our revenue.

The problem is, these fees were not even valid. We shipped all orders on time and provided proof of this multiple times. Despite that, Wowcher ignored our evidence and responded only once every 3 to 4 weeks, usually without any explanation, only sending generic account overviews.

In total, we generated around £715 in sales and were paid just £48. Yesterday, they even deducted another £38 without explanation, leaving us with only £10 in total payout.

For reference, these issues already started back in November, which is why we decided to delist all our products back then. Since then, we have been extremely patient and gave Wowcher plenty of opportunities to resolve the issue, but after 6 months of waiting and repeated promises, nothing was solved.

At this point, we are considering legal action.

To other sellers: do not partner with Wowcher. They charge invalid fees that are extremely difficult to dispute, even when you provide clear proof they simply ignore you. These deductions can completely destroy your margins and revenue.

Without a doubt, this has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a company. Thankfully, we discovered the issue relatively early before scaling further on the platform.

I ordered 2 power rangers suits for my grandchildren from wowcher on the 7th May ,the cost was £23 , I was told it was free delivery, then I had another £15 to pay for delivery 😡 it’s was supposed to arrive in the 15 May , I’m still waiting to for a email to tell me when it’s to be delivered, so I got in touch with yodel , who’s supposed to deliver it , can’t get though on the phone to them , they emailed me saying there will email me when they have the parcel , I will never buy anything from Wowcher again the worst experience buying something online , you can’t phone anyone to find out where your parcel is , if I don’t get my parcel tomorrow, then I’ll be cancelling it , so angry 😡 the worst experience shopping with Wowcher , still waiting to hear on a update where my parcel is or when it’s going to be delivered, please don’t buy anything from this company Wowcher 😡😡😡😡

Got a bit fussed as there was too many pop ups while I was trying to make a purchase

Fantastic site with so much to choose from. The way it is categorised makes it very easy & quick to get to what I'm looking for considering the amount and variety of stuff.
And the offers are value for money.
The site is like a big shopping outlet at my finger tips.
I've bought from this site a number of times & am looking forward to many more offers to choose from.

My experience with this company is less than satisfactory. I ordered two items through them and they asked me to claim my vouchers which I did. I waited for months and the items are never delivered. I checked my account and the vouchers were showing expired. I tired contacting them but to no avail.

Stay away from Wowcher holidays and their third-party agency Travellolo/Prime Holidays.

Booked a 5-star holiday deal through Wowcher. After I paid, they told me to redeem the voucher and said someone would call me back to confirm the booking. I redeemed it and waited… nobody called.

After chasing them myself days later, they suddenly told me the original hotel was “not available” and tried offering me a worse 4-star hotel with rubbish flight times instead.

Then they kept sending me back and forth for a refund:
Travellolo said contact Wowcher.
Wowcher said contact Travellolo.

Wowcher even replied publicly saying they would sort it within 3 working days, but nothing happened.

End result:

no proper booking
no holiday
no refund
loads of wasted time and stress

This whole third-party holiday setup feels dodgy and misleading. Be careful before booking with them. so my advice to anyone went through this report them to Fraud Police and dispute from your banks!!!!!

Bought a bed with a winged frame. Bed looks nothing like what I ordered. Paid £300 and got a very cheap design bed. States it includes a memory foam mattress and it is no where near that. I’m very disappointed with this and the way it has been handled. Unfortunately it’s not easy to see reviews before buying either.

Update following my above review. As you can see wowcher responded asking for my details. I’m guessing to give an impression that they were resolving the issue. Needless to say, nothing was done.
