Fijn in gebruik waardeloze kwaliteit

We hebben nu een kleine 4 jaar de brieven met pakketbus frontbox deluxe in gebruik. Top product als je puur naar het gebruik kijkt.
Kwaliteit daarin tegen is zwaar ondermaats. Op vele plekken roestvorming, niet alleen op hoeken wat al twijfelachtig zou zijn, maar gevouwen staalplaten zonder lak op de snijrand. Maar ook roest op het midden van vlakken onder de lak, geen beschadigingen.

Toch raar voor een product dat onder een afdak staat en een van de duurdere in de markt is.

slechte sticker

Ik had een sticker besteld voor de brievenpost voor de pakketbox.
Was niet mee te werken en eindigde ook met geen sticker op de klep.
Na tussenkomst van de klantenservice is het probleem alsnog uitstekend opgelost.
