Gives appropriate and immediate reward upon completion of task. Fast customer support, solved my missing reward within few hours of email sent.

The vast majority of the reviews for Lootably on Trustpilot are fake, which leads me to seriously doubt the authenticity of any review on Trustpilot.

Bottom line is, Lootably support is absolutely terrible and they will never credit any offers that don't credit automatically. Which makes me wonder why they even have support.

They response fast and very accommodating. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience Lootably family. Hope you'll keep this up always ♥

UPDATE:

I completed my first Lootably offer on July 24, 2025 11:50 AM PH Manila time and the team was able to credit the reward to my account

But on my 2nd Lootably offer on July 24, 2025 12:56 PM PH Manila time, they advised me to wait 30 business days for the rewards to be credited into my account.

I will be updating my review from 5 stars to 1 star for now until they're done crediting me the rewards on Sept 4, 2025

Customer service is always good for me. The tracking is no better or worse than any other place. But whether they are able to credit me or not, lootably has consistently been one of the fastest to respond. There are others who sometimes do not respond at all or just send automated rejections.

Faced an issue about an offer not being rewarded but I'm glad the support solved the issue even if it took awhile.

Lootably is an excellent provided of offer/surveys. And its Customer Service is top notch

Choose some of their competitors if you are a brand looking for good affiliate marketing results - Ayetstudios, Gemsloot, ToroX, ..

I completed an offer for BetOnRed provided by lootably in Belgium, did not get rewarded so I sent a mail to their support with screenshots of everything I could think of (emails, transaction history, website stats) - the kind of proof that was requested by one of their competitors for a similar offer.

They simply responded to my email "Unfortunately, we are unable to accept those screenshots as proof of completion.". With no further explanation of the proof required. I later sent two emails asking what proof is required to prove that the offer was completed and they simply do not answer.

Basically what happens is that they probably send the proof to the offer provider, claim the money and do not distribute it back to the end user.

If you are a company, do not partner with them, it will affect your brand image !

Disgusting rat scammers with 0 support, they have ignored me for months now with an offer I completed and still refuse to respond. they straight up ignore me. hope no one has to suffer lootably be very careful they are very dodgy scammers with 0 morals

I had some difficulties with the rewards and I contacted the customer support that was very helpful and within 24hours my problem was solved and I love that

I have completed a casino offer depositing, register and sent all proofs (bills, pictures of email register, money transactions, even the games I played). This is horrible, they answer me the same all the time: unable to take screenshots as proof of completion.
