I participated in the “Sky Plunger” offer through Lootably on June 17, 2025, via Coinpayu.

I reached 155 meters in height, which clearly meets the requirement for the 150-meter milestone. However, I haven’t received the promised reward for it. I submitted proof and contacted support but haven’t received a resolution.

This has been disappointing, especially when the offer was completed exactly as described.

I am ready to provide my Support ID directly to Lootably if needed — please follow up and fix this issue.

I made the offer for them and didn't receive my reward. I contacted support, in addition to being rude to me, they stipulated several deadlines and did not comply. They said it would be 30 working days and it's been two months and I didn't get any more answers.

I made an offer that I would have to make investment, deposit, and so I did it, I deposited, I made the conversion more than once and in order not to lose the offer, I did not withdraw, I left the money yielding. But it happened the other way around, I lost everything. I deposited again and my deposit amount was reduced to an amount that is no longer possible for withdrawal. Resulting in a total loss of $120.

I contacted Wallet support and they said that unfortunately they can't do anything, that I contacted Lootably support, and so I did again. But so far they haven't answered me.

Please pay my offer so I can cover half of my loss, or return my lost money

my experience was cool I had a few problems I didn't receive credit after completing an offer and i contacted support and everything got solved fast

I have tried every possible way to contact them to try to get the prize that is rightfully mine for having completed the offer related to their website and nothing. I have been trying for more than 3 months and they have not solved my problem. A piece of advice for anyone reading this: do not trust this company because they do not solve our problem, they just keep making up the same excuse and never solve anything, stay away from this company.
