Online-Bestellung und…

AH-Trading: Online-Bestellung und Bestellbestätigung waren bei unseren 2 Bestellungen jeweils ok.
Der angegebene Liefertermin wurde bei der ersten Bestellung sowie unserer Nachbestellung, jeweils nicht eingehalten. Erst durch eine Nachfrage jeweils, erhielten wir dann neue Liefertermine, die dann auch gehalten wurden.

Die Stühle wurden jeweils im Karton einzeln verpackt geliefert. Beim Auspacken mussten wir allerdings mehrere Flecken auf den Edelstahlrahmen bei allen Stühlen feststellen, die sich nicht entfernen ließen.

Unsere Anfrage zur Behebung des Mangels über das Online-Service-Formular wurde zwar empfangen/betätigt, aber trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen haben wir bis dato keine Antwort bekommen wie wir die Flecken wegbekommen, geschweige denn, dass wir ggf. einen Preisabschlag/Gutschrift erhalten.
