Friendly and efficient team

The team behind the scenes and at the store are very friendly and they are very prompt in addressing in any issues face. Moreover the designs of the clothes is awesome!

Online shopping experience is better than the retail shop.

I don't enjoy Love Bonito's retail shop, there are fewer choices you can find in the retail shop, and not all the shopping experience is good with the retail staff.

But, I found it's more comfortable for me to shop from their online store. More choices and also the exchange progress is fast and easy which makes me feel safe to shop online with them.

I love all the products

I love all the products, the fabric, the design. I have purchased many items from Love Bonito. There is only 1 thing I’ve noticed that the tag on the clothes is pretty rough. I have sensitive skin and it scratches my skin. I always have to cut the tag off. Hopefully LB in fix this in the future.

Worst shopping experience

I recently had a highly frustrating experience with Love Bonito due to their rigid and inflexible order amendment policy. I placed an order on their website and realized moments later that I had mistakenly selected the wrong size for the item. I promptly reached out to their customer support team, hoping for a simple correction, but was met with a disappointing response.

Despite the fact that my order had not been processed and their stated delivery timeframe allowed for ample time, they refused to accommodate my request to change the size. Their suggested solution was for me to wait for the order to be delivered, then go through the hassle of returning it, receiving store credit, and placing a new order. This unnecessary and time-consuming process could have easily been avoided if they had been willing to make a simple amendment to the order.

What frustrates me the most is that this experience stands in stark contrast to the practices of numerous other online retailers I have dealt with. In similar situations, other companies have been more than willing to assist customers with minor order amendments, recognizing the importance of customer satisfaction and convenience.

Love bonito is just ridiculous, I’ll never order from them again

Great brand for petites and great service!

This review is long overdue. Love bonito sells pieces that are fitting for us petite girls and the quality is great. Some of the material is thicker than what I’d expect, usually in a good way and more durable than most fast fashion. I normally hang dry their pieces so that probably helps. Also it helps to pay attention to the sizing for each piece as they may vary and I hate retuning clothes by mail. I wish they’d open a store in California!

I’ve had my fair share of engagements with their customer support and they’ve always done right by me when I discover a flaw or have concerns on a piece of clothing.

The only thing that’s holding me back from 5 stars is, is it me or have their clothes gone on some price hikes since they opened the NY pop up? I also noticed that they require a higher purchasing minimum for US orders compared to the rest of the world when they run their tiered sales which seems odd.

Overall Positive

Love, Bonito was recommended to me by some friends. I've generally stuck to more neutral earthy colors in my wardrobe, but after trying a red dress from the brand (which received several compliments), I've become more open to incorporating colors into my outfits, and I can attest that their clothing really positively impact my mood. I also really like the styles and product quality.

Sizing can be hit or miss (hence 1 star deducted). Sometimes the fit is spot on and VERY flattering, but other times it's a bit off. Thankfully returns have never been an issue, and I recently learned that their customer service team can provide sizing recommendations, which is helpful.

In terms of delivery, it's not as fast as Amazon obviously (who is though?), but it's comparable to Zara, so I'd say it's reasonable.

Overall, my experience with the company has been generally positive. The clothing is stylish, and the quality is good. I'll continue to shop with them, but I hope they'll work on improving sizing consistency in the future.

An era of change

I used to be a huge fan of love bonito, but recently they have increased their prices significantly. To be honest the designs and quality are mid - I can easily find cheaper alternatives else where. That being said, I do have well made staples from them that I still swear by. I just wouldn’t shop at love bonito as often as I used to.

What confuses me was their recent rebranding, their logo and website seems to have taken a hit. The font was ugly and their website seems to be a template taken off an open source code- a bad one albeit. They also sponsored an influx of influencers “ambassadors” to party in Singapore, which does nothing for me, except to think that they must be well-paid to be fully sponsored and flying on business class. Just a bunch of rich people having fun i guess.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service experience in Ion orchard SG retail
Shop, even w an automated queue system, the sales assistants are lazy to assist in size changes when the max pieces in fitting room is 6. I only had 5 pieces where 2 pieces are same design w varied sizes. I had tried on the smaller one among the 2 and immediately I know the counter sales assistant who recommended the size chart was not knowledgeable to provide an accurate size recommendation . No.28 - 34 labels was no way to tell which is L to me. The lady who assist insist I take another new queue ticket and they will not help to change the next piece to the correct size for me to try on. They had insist w a very bad tone despite I had explained the situation. If this is the case where there is queue outside, there is no point to ask if you are gold member or standard members queue. The service is so bad that I will no longer patron them in future.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY

I recently placed a first time purchase with Love Bonito and am incredibly disappointed with how they handle their incorrect deliveries. I received someone else's package and have communicated with them about it. They are not able to send me a replacement until the person who received my package returns it back to them. That could take months or who knows how long?! I've never experienced such a bad business protocol before. They're HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE until the person who received my package returns it back to them (assuming that the customer already received it). I asked for a refund repeatedly and they refuse and are very adamant in getting me my package. They don't even know where my package is, how long it will take to receive the package, refuse to send me a replacement, and refuse to refund me. If I ever do receive my package, I'll have to spend $8 to return because they don't cover for return shipping!! This company is a joke.

I've shopped twice and will shop more!

The website is pretty user friendly. The shipping/return is straight forward. It's not free return, yes, but everything is written on the website. It's our responsibility to read all the terms, and determine the risk of buying stuff online. So far I love everything I bought. I do have to read the description and the review carefully to make sure that the clothes would fit me well, otherwise it was a bit if a hassle. However, they sell good quality items and stylish fashion. The price is also very reasonable. So I think it's worthed.

Unprofessional and rude staff Iry from waterway point

I always love lovebonito apparels from a teenager until I become a mum.
I visited love bonito at waterway point today at about 8pm and purchased 3 apparels.
Me and my kids was at the cashier awaiting for the staff to locate my requested items.
The staff Iry came to the empty counter beside us and shouted excuse me in a very rude tone.. signalling my kids to clear the counter.
Her verbal and non verbal cues was uncalled and was very unprofessional. Her face was so black.
Kindly counsell her, my kids and I do not deserved to be treated in this undesired manner.

Ridiculously slow

The shopping experience is extremely poor, it's really slow. After placing the order, it took a whole week for the shipment to be dispatched, and the logistics delivery is also very slow, taking at least a month each time. Do you really understand how to run an online shopping business? Do you know that other brands can deliver to Macau from North America in just around 9 days? Yet, it takes over a month for your shipments from Singapore. Is your warehouse located in Iceland or something? Damn ridiculous!
