I waited in their call queue for over an hour. Due to travel to NY 5th April. Bloke on the switch board literally said that my trip is not a priority and would not out me through to the team. Got through on love chat, gave the reference number, they said they can't help and disconnected. Spoke to my bank. They said they can dispute the payment I made in full, only if I provide proof the flights are cancelled. BA have not yet cancelled flight, despite the travel ban. They arnt taking calls. So basically, as it stands, I'm 2k down, not including the money I have spent on excursions. Outrageous
