I waited in their call queue for over…

I waited in their call queue for over an hour. Due to travel to NY 5th April. Bloke on the switch board literally said that my trip is not a priority and would not out me through to the team. Got through on love chat, gave the reference number, they said they can't help and disconnected. Spoke to my bank. They said they can dispute the payment I made in full, only if I provide proof the flights are cancelled. BA have not yet cancelled flight, despite the travel ban. They arnt taking calls. So basically, as it stands, I'm 2k down, not including the money I have spent on excursions. Outrageous

Even one star is to much,it should be 0 stars.Due to coronavirus I wanted to reschedule my holiday to Egypt,but no support given by Loveholidays.

Having used loveholidays before without…

Having used loveholidays before without trouble, I don’t think it would be fair to be too harsh on our most recent experience. However with the recent outbreak of Covid-19 our holiday did not happen. There was lots of confusion and conflicting information around the time we were due to travel which sent stress levels through the roof and we could not get hold of customer services to speak to anyone. That said as I work in customer services myself I understand that they have a lot of customers in the same boat wanting the same information so they can’t answer every call at once. Once I eventually got through to someone after a 2 and a half hour wait on hold the gentleman I spoke to was very understanding and very helpful. The end result is we will be fully refunded so my faith in the company is restored. The only thing I would advise for them to do if this situation happens again is to send out an email to all its clients with better information and be proactive rather than reactive. It would be nice for them to contact the people on their data base if they have been affected so they deal with the priorities first. Other than that I can see they are doing the best they can in a bad situation. Thank you loveholidays for relieving me of our holiday stress!

Very impressive service. We had to cancel our trip to Malaga and it was done without issues. Very nicely handled. No doubt we'll use Loveholiday on our next trip.

None Existence Customer service

Been on phone and email and live chat absolutely shocking, 0 response no correspondence at all worst travel company, avoid this company at all cost. Booked Hotel through them, no refund given of yet.

Refund at least

Following my appalling 3 days of anxiety with no contact from Loveholidays in advance of my Malta trip due on 15th March (yesterday) and for which i gave a one star review yesterday, I have at last managed to contact Loveholidays via Livechat, after a long wait to get through and a further wait to be put through to the right department, I have at last and at least been given a refund of accommodation and transfer charges which will be refunded within 28 days. I did not expect a refund of flight as it departed, but if the return flight is cancelled I will get Ryanair to refund me. So if you are still struggling to contact Loveholidays, be prepared to wait a long time for the Livechat to kick in- I was staring at the screen for about 15 minutes before an adviser responded, but once you are in the system hang in there and you should get a satisfactory response.

NEVER AGAIN

I’m stranded in Lanzarote. No way home. I rang loveholidays and spoke to Ritesh. The bottom line is they didn’t want to know. I have a contract with them to bring me away and back with ATOL protection. Their only answer is for me to make my own way back by whatever means at my own expense.

Utterly unsatisfactory treatment of a customer who has used them many times before but never will again.

I should be flying today to Benidorm can't get hold off this company had 1 txt off them yesterday saying they would be in touch not heard anything. Still trying to get hold off them now. Looked at are flight number and says on time. What a joke

In August last year i booked a family…

In August last year i booked a family holiday with LOVEHOLIDAYS . After i booked I saw all the negative reveiws and I contacted them . We were due to go to Lanzarote with my Daughter and family . I was that concerned about the reviews we took drastic action and went to the resort with another company at the end of January to see the transfer depot , the hotel etc. we were to stay at . I told the lady i spoke to when i rang about the negative reviews that if I found it to be awful , and anything not right I would give a massive negative review for ALL to see . I am more than happy to report We could not be more pleased with the value and package we received . My reflection on things is would I book again with LOVEHOLIDAYS , answer is a resounding yes . Thank you to all who made our holiday so memorable .

So I can longer go to the USA on my family holiday of a lifetime! Not a word from loveholidays! Not one word! The airline has not yet cancelled the flights? And tell me to contact my travel provider, which is of course loveholidays! Good luck! But because flights etc are still in place and I have had no contact from loveholidays I can not even start my claim on my holiday insurance, so thx alot! We know you are busy but no extended hours to deal with concerns or cancellations no extra staff! No thought for your customers who may and are losing thousands of pounds! As they say you can judge a business by how it acts in times of pressure not when the goings good and so far they are a company that has failed themselves and definitely failed their customers

Malta

Malta

We were due to fly to Malta today, but FCO had advised against travel. It was a little tricky getting the online chat link but once on and chatting to Ana (waited to be connected for about 20 minutes) and sending across the advice from the FCO Ana immediately refunded the accommodation and transfer fees. Just need Ryanair to do their bit too!

Well handled Love Holidays in what are exceptional circumstances right now.

Given the current circumstances of our country with COVID19, I was prevented from traveling to Ponta Delgada where my stay at the hotel was scheduled.
I hereby request the possibility of full or partial refund of the amount paid in my reservation, since all passengers who landed at the Ponta Delgada Airport - Azores would be required to be quarantined for 14 days, which would not be safe or possible for any of us.
I therefore ask for your understanding and attention in this circumstance, and I will be waiting for an answer from you.
I have already sent several emails and I cannot get a response from you.
