AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Absolute robbers! Booked a PACKAGE HOLIDAY back in July for next year and agreed to pay 10 monthly instalments. As soon as I received and agreed monthly payments, Loveholidays took their initial deposit and then authorised Jet2 to withdraw over £900 from my account for the flight without my consent!!
At this moment in time I have paid more than the package holiday has cost, and they are still taking money from my account on a monthly basis. Not only did it leave me penniless for the month in July, I cannot stop these payments coming out as I originally gave them my bank debit card details for the holiday and flight package monthly amount. They just come and help themselves each month. By the 10th month I will have paid back the package holiday price plus the £900 extra!!
Waste of time trying to contact. Tried for months, then finally got through to live chat, where I was told ‘ we don’t give airline companies your bank details’......Nonsense! I’ve never been in contact with Jet2 at any time, ever!
This is the first time I have ever used an online travel company, and I promise it will be the last. Totally stressed out with all the deceit, avoidance and lies. Agreement ain’t worth the paper it’s written on.

Phoned up for live chat

Phoned up for live chat. 1/2 way though they cut me off. Asked for refund for the flights and say Ryanair are responsible yet booked with love holidays as package holiday. Now seen they have removed themselves from ABTA.

the title is self explanatory
these scammers refused to refund me for my flights, although my hotel was cancelled and we are in Tier 4 London so travel internationally is not allowed, also Spain banned all flights!
what they are doing is trying to avoid carrying out their legal obligations under the Package and Linked Travel Arrangements 2018
The fact is, if any part of the package suffers a significant change that adversely affects the performance of the package, then the organiser must offer a credit voucer, alternative accomodation or a full refund.

They fail to respect the law
CMA complaint submitted, already 100's of people complained to CMA about them for the same issue
they been ordered to pay back £18 millions to people, next step probably fines and court orders

Do yourself a favor and avoid booking with these crooks but, if you already did, be prepared to fight for your rights!

Absolutely disgraceful company!!

Absolutely disgraceful company!!! I have a holiday booked for today to Tenerife (obviously not going). Spain, including Canary Islands are not excepting UK tourists as from midnight last night. If you are not a resident or don’t own a property then you will be refused entry so why on earth is my holiday still going ahead when they know full well I won’t even be allowed into the country once I arrive. Disgusting!!!! I will NEVER book with Love Holidays ever again!!!!

Communication-Free Zone

Booked accommodation with this outfit earlier this year, they took a deposit and sent me an email confirming remaining balance would be taken later. Then they sent an email saying "booking cancelled!" I tried to login to manage my booking but it was impossible to do anything. I ended up cancelling my credit card to prevent this company taking any further money. No way whatsoever to contact loveholidays.

Loveholidays offer a totally "Communication-Free" experience.

UPDATE: loveholiday responded on trustpilot with a a link to a contact us chat page....as expected a "404 ERROR - page not found"

Never booking with them again.

Never booking with them again.
Absolute joke of a company, me and my ex booked a holiday back 4/5 months ago. They’ve been taking money from 2 cards myself and my ex’s, they decide to take 2/3 payment 4/5 months later 5 days before Christmas without authorisation, leaving me not being able to pay rent or even eat for the month.
When asked for a refund on just MY ticket I’m constantly being ignored because I’m not lead passenger or customer service team just instantly leaving the chat without any help at all.
You’re quick enough to take money from the person on the second ticket but yet you can’t give it back.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever! We booked a holiday for May next year and we changed our hotel which was £120 extra, so we paid it. However they haven’t taken this amount off the final balance and are STILL expecting £120 extra from us. We have spoken to them on live chat and the phone and they are complete scammers - total thieves. We are going to take this as far as we possibly can, no way are they getting away with this. AVOID this company they are VILE!!!!!!!

Got vouchers

Got vouchers for holiday that was cancelled in june. Just used them to rebook. No problems.. Loveholidays easy to follow instructions were perfect. Couldn't have asked for better from start of lockdown till now.

I have only rebooked with Love Holidays…

I have only rebooked with Love Holidays because it was the easier option. It has taken me 6months to get my refund and then half of it was in credit vouchers. Impossible to contact anyone on the phone to discuss. Not easy to sort with automated messages and emails.
