Stupist system on the earth! they are lying it’s not for students! Never ever going to use this again! It was awful and stressful.
So far so good, just got my boxes picked up from my student accommodation. The stuff AJ help me a lot.

If you want a VERY STRESSFUL storage company that is good at LOSING your stuff, look no further cause Lovespace is THE BEST at that.
This is not a troll and Lovespace might respond to this review as "we cannot find you in our database", my Customer ID is 13442.
The worst storage company I have ever experienced. They lost two of my boxes, which included valuable items that are irreplaceable. How the F can you separate my storage boxes and store them in separate warehouses? It just does not make any logical sense to do so.
Told the company two weeks in advance that I needed my boxes shipped to me on a certain date. They did not deliver although they'll send you an email saying its dispatched. In my case, they managed to add three-four days delay for my urgent need of my boxes.
Customer service is impossible to get through via call. Email replies are late and requires you to keep chasing them. They would say "we'll get back to you shortly" but they never will and you NEED to email them all the time to get a reply, which is annoying and time consuming.
They will also attempt to charge you for your old Item IDs that are not in storage with them and you have to keep a prompt eye on emails and your bank statements if something suspicious have been charged by Lovespace. I've encountered this issue two-to-three times over the summer of 2019. Got it resolved after some chasing and the refund was issued to me in the most inconvenient way possible (refund by deducting the cost on the month's charge, without any information from the staff stating so).
Lost my boxes 6 months ago. I have been chasing them ever since but all they replied was they will chase this up with the warehouse. Nothing has happened and I have chased them multiple times (10+ times). I have asked them about compensation but they have never replied to that.
They showed a complete lack of responsibility to locate my item despite having photos of my box and the receipt when they came to collect.
At this stage, I do not expect they will ever find my boxes and that they will ever send me compensation. Now that it has been 6 months I have no more choice but to at least warn the next potential customer to think carefully before using their service.

Clearly goes to show they are willing to pass the blame onto me and showing absolutely no willingness to accept any responsibility. Bear in mind I have been their customer for years and have referred them to many customers. I can assured everyone here I have been chasing them in every way I can and that after they 2nd Oct I have had sent them at least 3 times since (counting just by email alone, let alone by phone calls and live chat).
I'm extremely disappointed I must say.
I ordered some packing materials and unfortunately I was sent the wrong boxes. I phoned customer service and the member of staff I spoke to was very apologetic and instantly credited my account with the money I needed to order what was missing.
Thank you for your excellent customer service and no quibble attitude. I will definitely use again in the future and reccomend to others.

They don’t call you or text you before coming to take your stuff and expect you to standby 8am-6pm. I just wanted a heads up or something because I won’t be in all day. That made me miss them 3 times and had to rearrange 3 times. I was honestly so annoyed.

The delivery went smoothly, the delivery guy came on time (within the specified time-frame). It was all quick and straight forward. The boxes were placed in the house.
This is my first time using Lovespace and I had nothing to worry about from collecting my boxes to delivering them.
The lovespace drivers were friendly and professional. They were always on time. My new address was hard to find and required them to park across a busy road and move my boxes during peak hour traffic. They handled this task with a sense of humour and it was easy to coordinate with them over the phone. I would definitely recommend Lovespace to friends and use them again if I move.
Lovely experience! The pickup and return went very smoothly! And my things were returned intact!
