Renault Scenic met failure after 1-day
I bought a Renault Scenic from them some time ago. The car was in good condition, but the day after I bought it a warning light from battery fault started to show in the panel. I asked them to call me. They said they will but this never happened. So I contacted them by Whatsapp and explained that a warning light "STOP car, battery fault" is showing. I got a reply saying literally this: "We've contacted the provider we bought the car from and he says the fault is not a safety issue, so you can drive. In case that you want to fix it must be the battery or alternator".
What?,I was expecting much more than this poor service; at least a 'please come over and we take a look at it'. But no, no customer service after the purchase. So I contact them again explaining that there is a fault in the car and must be fixed by them. But I got no response since. They read my messages but do not even respond to whatsapp anymore. I must say that the car is in good condition, but I expected better service if something breaks the day after you buy the auto.
