I’m really enjoying working with Jackie and Avinash at ElevateOM. Jackie has been incredibly supportive and keeps me updated on timelines as my website is being built. Avinash works behind the scenes using his technical expertise to make sure everything is created exactly how I’ve envisioned it.

No amendment is ever too small, and he’s always willing to go the extra mile to get things just right. This is the second time I’ve created a website, but it’s my first experience with ElevateOM, and so far the process has been smooth and seamless.

I'm having a terrible experience with the company. They were very attentive and responsive in the beginning when I wanted a website. I do not like my website at all. Due to the coding on Wordpress it's very difficult for me to fix it myself. I pay for monthly hosting and support but they either are slow to respond or ignore me completely. I'm very unhappy with the service.

Quick responses to questions and queries. Happy to change or add things that I thought of even if it was changing work that was already done.

This was a tricky thing to do arranging an Eventbrite page for multiple events and publishing them on social media. Jodi was brilliant. She was really helpful and worked very hard to get everything set up in a short space of time.Other staff were also helpful in setting up social media pages.

If I could give them minus, they absolutely deserve it, I’m not technical at all and hoped they world help from start to finish how wrong , if your looking for help those are not the website people I’m not technical at all , but now I have to learn as they are no help at all after paying over £1000 disappointing

My experience with ElevateOM was very positive, all my queries were answered promptly and although everything was done by emails I felt that they really understood my requests.
There were several changes during the process as the Trustees pointed things out but all done swiftly.
As a charity the price from ElevateOM was very competitive compared to prices we have heard other charities have paid out for a website.
Elevate have a huge album of photos and every person who worked on the different aspects of the website carried out my requests the same day.

ElevateOM has been looking after our SEO for a few years now we have seen a steady rise in our online presence . Customer service is great ,we have a great dedicated project manager who keeps us updated and advised once a month including a 15 minute check in call if required. The price is also reasonable and we rank number on 1st pages for quite a few of our Key words.
