My device is not vibrating

Order took alittle longer to receive than I expected. Easy to use. Have only used it twice already. Feels like I got a face massage! Will know more to say after I use it more.

I'm not quite sure yet if it really works, I use it once a day... too many options for lights, I stick to 3 only, and the warm one... I can't see a difference yet, let's hope it will

I was told the product was delivered, iI never received it and customer service is not willing to help in anyway so beware of this company!

This company is fraudulent. They claim they have a money back guarantee yet they do not. They have ignored numerous emails. I will be seeking legal counsel.

After 3 days of using.The tool won't turn on.I did everything.I'm very disappointed.A waste of money,time and effort..

I used the Luminesce Facial Sculptor as directed for almost 30 days but did not see any noticeable improvements or results as claimed by the product.

Given my experience and lack of satisfaction with the results, I requested to return the product and receive a refund within 30 days as per their return policy - they only responded asking for more information about why I was not satisfied, which I again stated the product did not provide the advertised results and then I did not receive an additional response, despite several follow up attempts.

I just got it in the mail roughly a week ago and super excited to try it out I've used it the last 3 days and it's super relaxing to me. I've been using it in the evening before bed and it has given me so a more relaxed mood to go to sleep. I honestly haven't had it long enough to give a true review of product. I'm hoping to come back with an update of great news😁

I placed my order months ago and still haven’t received it. I was emailed a notification claiming it was delivered, but that’s not true. Despite repeated follow-ups, the so-called ‘customer service’ team has yet to contact me.

I use the red light most often. It feels so good and soothing.It's a mini spa treatment.

Send me a new unit one that works for more than just two weeks. Can’t really review the product because two weeks isn’t long enough to know if it was helpful or not. Nobody’s reaching out to me to resolve this issue very disappointed.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! If it is even a real company. I ordered the product on 12/15, and wasn’t getting any updates on the order, so I asked for a refund. They refused since it had already been shipped! (FROM CHINA) Someone named “Joann” said I could request a refund once I received the package. I asked if I would have to pay return shipping and never got a response. I finally received the package on 12/31 and was told to send a video and pics of it being unopened. I sent those off and once again got a response from “Joann” saying I would have to pay for return shipping and said to address it to “Star”
And to send it to 20 78th Ave, New Hyde Park, NY! This is someone’s home!!!
At this point I’ll just keep it and take the loss! I don’t want anything to do w this place ever again!

I placed my order on November 29, 2024. It is now January 2, 2025 and I still have not received this item. I’ve contacted their “customer service” several times. Initially asking for an update, then asking for a refund. I asked for another refund yesterday and someone named “JoAnne” who responds everytime offered me a SERUM instead of a refund! VERY unprofessional and seems like a scam! I would like a refund PLEASE and never want anything to do with this company again.

I LOVE IT!! Been using it almost a month!! Seeing results and it’s easy to use!

My skin definitely feels plumper and smoother and it’s quite soothing when using it. I would suggest that the instructions could be better- for example, saying that it’s fully charged when the red light stops flashing and that there’s a cover which needs removing for it to vibrate.
