I have only used this product for about 3 weeks and while I noticed some dark spots fading, I bought this for my double chin and I know what will take time but 30 days isn’t long enough so we’ll see.

I’m joining all of the fellow reviewers on here to say that this company is nothing but a group of thieves and scam artists. When I received my product, it didn’t work. It kept turning off after about 2 minutes. I emailed asking why this would happen, and asked for help. I was mostly ignored and then they finally responded with “make sure the cap is off.” After no help from them or explanation as to why their product is junk, I asked for a refund. I was asked to provide proof that the device is in its original box and unharmed, which I did. I’ve since been ignored despite my following yo several times. These people are CROOKS AND SCAMMERS do not waste your money!

Love the luminesce! My neck has improved so much that it’s very visible the compliments I have received.

Scam. Never received my order and can’t get a refund. Now won’t reply to my emails.

I bought one and it worked beautifully for about 40 days. Then it died. Straight up stopped charging. Now it is a cheap plastic paperweight. I reached out to support about getting a swap, even for the power cord, and they told me to buy an aftermarket one.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not buy from this company. I purchased the Luminesce 7 in1 LED Facial Sculptor. It took forever to receive - was mailed directly from China. It's supposed to 'vibrate' while being used. Mine will vibrate an instant and then stop. Even if the vibration worked I would want to return it.
Wrote their support and was asked to provide a 'video' of me using the product so they could see what I was doing wrong. I've e-mailed back and forth 6 times now and they are refusing to allow the return. (Exact words 'Please note that our 30-day money back guarantee applies respective to our refund policy.') I'm filing a complaint with the FTC. Feel like an idiot for being duped into purchasing this. I'm certain the rave reviews are all BOTS.

Worst products ever and worst customer service! They will purposely avoid you by email so that you can clock over the 30 days money back guarantee! No phone number can you believe it? Dodgy website!!!

This product is junk and didn’t even work. They are also making me send videos and pictures in order to return. Giving me a hard time to return although they have the 30 day money back guarantee. On top of this I didn’t even order.
I feel like they hacked my Amazon account.
Total scam!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Company only offers 30-day guarantee unfortunately. I purchased mine in August 2024. And only use it 2x every other week but it already stopped working. So, no! It’s not worth the hype!

Update - the massage feature stopping working completely. I emailed the company and they responded the next day. After sending a short video to show them the issue they promptly concluded the device was faulty and are sending a new one.

I want to like it, but haven’t used it long enough to see true results. I like The massaging feature and find it very relaxing. I went Lower in stars because the massaging does not always work And it took a very long time to get after mailing.

Only had for 2 weeks but my skin feels smoother will have to use for longer to get the results. I use for a few mins a day. Delivery took a little while but glad I bought and would recommend.

Don’t waste your money buying the face sculptor. It’s a flimsy and doesn’t do anything. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they just didn’t respond to my request.

If you even think about ordering from here please listen to the reviews. First I ordered my products in November as it was a Xmas gift my daughter wanted. After about 20 to 30 emails. Asking for my order and tracking number. They provided me with a tracking that was useless. Customer service promised to refund the money over and over. Never did. After two months I get an email saying it was delivered. Wrong again. I don’t know who got it. Where it went but certainly not my house. Reached out again. No response. 200 bucks down the drain. This place is a joke. Do not believe the 3-7 days to ship. Please order from amazon at then you get a guarantee. Cause the only guarantee I got was scam.

I've been using Luminesce for 2 weeks now with my polyglumatic and retinol serums twice a day about 15 minutes every time and I see less visible fine lines, smoother skin on the neck, skin is being thicker and dewy glowy my neighbour asked me if I had a some treatment at the saloon because my face looks visibly brighter happier and younger😊 and I'm 48 and we're neighbours from 18 years and he never ever said me earlier any compliments! I take the supplements of hyaluronic acid and Coenzyme Q10 max strength for 2 months now and whole of this routine really gives a nice profit and I highly recommend this little magic thing Luminesce

Had one replaced and neither wants to vibrate. Just my luck.

This product is junk. Won’t hold a charge for more than 3-5 minutes, even after being on the charger for two hours. Customer service is terrible. No one will even return my emails regarding this situation. Stay away!

Horrible product!!!! Scam I ordered mine in November got email that it was delivered and it was not at least to my house. Had to fight and send pictures of my house before they finally admitted it was delivered to wrong address. Just got a replacement after several emails to “Joanne” and it sucks!!! Massages for 10 seconds then shuts off and won’t start again. Not consistently like in their “videos” where they are running it doing their face while it’s massaging & barely hold a charge cheap made plastic!!!!! Waste of money!!!! Never will order from them again.

My order arrived on time. My daughter loved her gift—used it as soon as she was able to. Saw results after first try and she said she found it very easy to use. Bought one for myself a few days later!
