Ace designs, ace service

Brilliant. This is a belated review - I actually ordered from lush ages ago (ace design/well made lampshades). But where they really shone was aftersales. I needed an issue fixing with a lampshade after our young children damaged it. It was well beyond warranty and not a product fault - but lush were really helpful with advice and sent me a part so I could re-use the item. Really refreshing these days! And it doesn't hurt that their designs are amazing.
