Wife's Funeral Flowers

I have just seen this and I cannot believe it. I emailed them chasing them for an order I made in December. My Wife died unexpectedly in March 22 and I sent my flowers in May 22. I really hope they haven't lost and destroyed my Wife's funeral flowers. Can anybody help?

Surly someone must be able to help us all get our flowers back.

Like everyone else I am mortified by this company. My daughter in law died of cancer in November 2021 and I sent some of her funeral flowers to these people on behalf of her husband and 4 children. As with others I have never received anything from them and had no reply. I have still not mentioned anything to my grandchildren and son as I just don't know how to tell them what has happened. They will be so upset and I don't want that a year on from their mummy's death. All of our flowers must be somewhere with this company. They must be labelled and have our order numbers on them. Like others I just want the flowers back so that I am able to get someone else to process them for me. Please just let me have the flowers!!!

Devastated

I have only just found out about this and am devastated. I sent my son’s new wife’s flowers off to be made into a beautiful paperweight as a memento of an amazing day. From reading reviews I am not holding out much hope, but will write . How can a company be so heartless , they should be ashamed and one day they will get what they deserve 😢

Absolutely devistated.......words…

Absolutely devistated.......words cannot even express feelings!!! My husband sent flowers from a bouquet that was sent to his sister on mothers day from her son who died before the flowers were even delivered!!! These can never be replaced! We have contacted Neville Taylor through a tracked letter and still no response!!! The cost of putting these flowers into resin is not the worry, we want the flowers back that meant so much!

Lost £630
Sent 2 bouquets of wedding flowers, one was a gift for my friend. I have no hope at all.
But I am sending a letter out soon to the address mentioned on the website.
Has anyone heard a response from Neville Taylor?

Horrific company

Unfortunately I am in the same boat as many people on here where I sent my wedding flowers and found out by pure luck that they had seized trading. From reading the reviews the most frustrating part is that they would have know potentially before I sent my flowers they were in difficulty, why not save stress and heartache and stop people sending their items if you know you can never fulfil their orders? This isn't something you can replace which is the worse part. I have sent a letter requesting for my flowers to be returned but I'm not holding out much hope at all. Absolutely disgraceful company, they have destroyed so many sentimental memories for people and have zero care.

I have just found out about the company ceasing business after chasing up my husbands funeral flowers. The money I've lost is frustrating but the upset this has caused because this keepsake for my young children has been lost forever, im absolutely heartbroken. I will of course be writing a letter however from what i have read I imagine nothing will come of this heartless company. Is there any more we can do?

Ruined flowers and £530 down the drain

So reading these reviews it seems I am luckier than some, because at least I received my items. However...

I placed the order and sent the flowers in September 2021. Delay after delay after delay meant I didn't receive my items till a year later. And every single item is disgraceful quality. Enormous bubbles, awful colouring, chips, sharp edges...I was devastated.

The company refused to listen properly to my disappointment because they said that their T&Cs stated I should expect some small bubbles and slight colour variation. The bubbles were not "some" and they were certainly not "small", and my stunning tropical flowers and foliage were COMPLETELY different colours than they were initially. I have since spoken to people I know who work with resin, and they have all confirmed that even small bubbles are not best practice and the items I received were abysmal quality.

Unfortunately we made the purcahse on debit card so getting the bank to refund me is not an option. £530 down the drain, not to mention our wedding flowers ruined.

I am unsurprised to hear they have gone out of business and am so sorry for the people who have lost their flowers entirely.

This company is potential scam and horrific. I sent my sister's wedding flowers to be preserved LAST YEAR, November 2021 and I kept in touch till September 2022 and they kept apologising and said they would get it done until I emailed them back in December 2022 and only THEN did I find that the company had ceased trading. That means I've lost my sister's wedding flowers and have yet to get a refund. This is unacceptable and frankly appalling.

Complete scam, I am gutted

Complete scam. Sent my wedding flowers in May 2022, they have since closed up shop. I only found out when I checked their website after my emails went unanswered. They state on their website to send them a letter. We have done that and no response.

I have no idea where my flowers are now but it seems that despite paying for them, I will never get them. Absolutely gutted.

I understand that companies struggle, but they should have 1. Notified existing customers and 2. Sent us our flowers as they are. I don’t care about a refund, I care about getting my wedding flowers back.

We've lost my sisters funeral flowers

We've lost my sisters funeral flowers, sent to them in May 2022. No updates since September when order tracking service suggested they were 'in the drying process'
Were not informed that the company has now ceased trading.
Awful company. We are sending a letter to Neville Taylor as suggested, so will update on here if we have have a response

No words how bad this company is/was

Like everyone else who has written about their experience with @magenta flowers I am also devastated my keepsakes from my wedding will not be arriving from November 2021. The most upsetting part is they emailed me in September with a picture of my dried flowers and advised they’d be sent within weeks.
Very long shot as I’ve read a few people have received the wrong orders. I ordered an afternoon tea set (cake stand and tray).
I will write to them but I don’t hold out much hope. So sorry for everyone who has lost their sentimental items

Where are our funeral flowers ???

Where are our funeral flowers ???

@ Safiyyah Riyadh, Adam Riyadh & the other Bexley scumbags who have left thousands of us out of pocket and without our real funeral flowers, we will not let you get away with this.

Previous address is Bexley Engine House, 2 Veridion Way, Erith, DA18 4AL which was the building where we took our hand picked flowers to.

How do they sleep at night knowing what they’ve done to vulnerable people. They’re deleting their Instagram comments @magentaflowersuk as they know what sick people they are to not only steal thousands of pounds off their customers but also the real flowers from my dads funeral. Beyond devastated.

Would give 0 if I could

Would give 0 if I could. Experience exactly the same as the other commenters.

I am mainly commenting to try and see if another customer has received my orders:
1. heart preserved flowers
2. buttonhole preserved cube
3. set of earrings and cufflinks

Please, please let me know in the comments if you may have received all or part of this order?

Fuming to have found out that the company has ceased trading. My wedding flowers were sent off over a year ago. When i last chased my order back in October i was told it would be 4-6 weeks and here i am still waiting. Its devestating to buy a keepsake and that's been taken away just like that. All the communications about hiring more people, what goes on behind the scenes. All utter b*llshit.

Bad people bad company

Sent wedding flowers in Nov 2021 and never received the various resins I had bought. Was constantly told my flowers were safe, there were delays etc. I check back recently only to find the company is closed and has been bought by a clearly unlicensed insolvency practitioner who is acting illegitimately and has previous history of doing so for others too. I assume I’ll never get my flowers back in any form. The original owners based in Kent are despicable choosing this route, stealing money and not at least returning the flowers even if they couldn’t fulfil the orders. I doubt they even know who’s order is who’s or even whether they didn’t just bin them all together. Hope they get the life they deserve.
