I am seeing a lot of negative reviews but my experience was excellent. My items arrived quickly and were exactly as I had expected. I ordered two sweaters and while both were the same size on the label, one seemed to fit much larger and looser. I emailed customer service and they replied immediately, offering me a replacement for the one that was too large, which was shipped immediately. I am very happy with both the product and the customer service.

Avoid, avoid, avoid

Ordered a watch. It took ages to arrive. It was very poor quality, the back was pitted, the strap loops are thin cloth mis-aligned, when setting the time and pressing in the button/knob very carefully the time jumps forward, so it was almost impossible to set.
In addition, the seller fought tooth and nail to not obey UK Consumer Rights law, refused full refund and paying to return the item. They made unlawful demands like mandatory video of the faults and required me to pay for the return.

Chargeback through bank initiated

Ordered a watch from this company which turned out to be faulty and doesn't work. They have responded to my email but expect me to pay to send the faulty item back to them. Not at all happy.
