I used Matrix removals on the 22nd of May, and we are glad that they were recommended to us, and we used them.
They were very professional communicating when boxes were being delivered, and the foreman made sure we new the process that they would use.
we had a two day move, which ran very smoothly. They were on time, friendly and extremely hard working.
they made the whole move a much smoother process than experienced before.
They were very careful at transporting and delivery all my house hold items and some very large garden plants. in perfect condition.
Matrix removel's and the team that we were allocated, gave an excellent service from start to finish, and after collecting boxes that we no longer needed.
I would defiantly recommend them, and will defiantly use them if needed in the future.

Chris and his team were invaluable on our move day. Couldn’t believe how quick and efficient they were. All cheerful and happy to help, despite rain and hail! They turned up on time and were happy to wait whilst we got the keys.

Beware if you are not planning to unpack all your boxes within 7 days. I paid £3,546 for my move from a 2 bed flat, Matrix used sub-contractors, and two items went missing. Matrix did not offer any compensation for the 2 (low value!) items because I reported it after a few weeks. I moved with a toddler and newborn, so was never going to unpack within 7 days! Very disappointing given I paid a LOT for the move.

The whole experience was smooth & efficient. In particular the removals team worked tirelessly hour after hour over 3 days. They moved a great deal of heavy goods and did it all with a smile. They are to be commended and I would highly recommend Matrix.

The Matrix team who helped with our move were fantastic. Alisha doing the packing & Chris, Brian, Alex & Lukas we’re all very pleasant, efficient and helped us to have a stress free day.

First class service! Have never used a removal company before as was always put off by the price. Matt however quoted a reasonable price and from there on everything was without a hitch. Chris and his team were very polite, professional and just a nice group of lads. Nothing was too much trouble, even fixed a couple of table legs that were loose.

Made moving house a stress free experience, could not recommend these guys highly enough.

Cheaper than a competitive quote, they delivered exactly as promised. The team worked hard and out of a seemingly enormous quantity of fragile possessions, nothing was damaged. Recommended.

I highly recommend Matrix. They did a fantastic job of packing up our large house, moving us into storage and then delivering everything to the other end of the country two months later. The teams worked so hard and all under Covid restrictions. They were cheerful, professional and took great care. Nothing was broken or damaged which is testimony to their skills of packing and moving.

Great service. A gentleman did a pre pack the day before we moved and then two other gentlemen joined on the actual moving day. Very professional, extremely hard working and all Covid compliant. I would highly recommend Mattrix to anyone moving house/office.

Highly recommend Matrix Moving Group. With lockdown and a young family, snow and zero degree weather and a changing completion date, I was fairly apprehensive about how our move would go! I needn't have worried. Chris and the team took it all in their stride and the move went really well. They were calm, professional, courteous and went above helpful throughout the day. The after service has been great too, arranging collection of the boxes promptly but without rushing - would definitely recommend!

Anthony set out our moving plan and it proved to be a very smooth and efficient process. It was complicated for us having to move out at short notice and into rental for a week, but everything was managed for us so well. Mahesh co-ordinated everything brilliantly on the move out and move in days.

Once again, thank you very much indeed - you all did an amazing job. Everything arrived in perfect condition, everyone was polite, friendly, considerate - couldn’t ask for more.

Our removal day experience was extremely unsatisfactory. The service provided was inadequate and inefficient.
In spite of an initial survey carried out by Mr Monger, a Matrix Director, who inspected all parts of the property and advised that 2 vans would be supplied, one for the household goods and one for the garden, on the day a single van arrived. This was not the smart Matrix van seen in their publicity material but a Transport Company van with inadequate staff not wearing Matrix uniform and only one of whom seemed fully qualified.
On contacting the management they were most unreasonable and demanded extra money to provide another van. This made me feel threatened (I am a recently widowed octogenarian) and I appealed to my son who spent several hours of phone calls before a second van was provided with 2 more inexperienced staff. The job was not completed on time but luckily the new owners did not complain.
It transpired that having a director doing the quote was not the bonus I anticipated. He advised that 2 vans would be provided, that drawers would not be emptied and property would be respected. None of these statements were honoured, a single van was supplied, drawers were emptied willy nilly into boxes and personal belongings were not respected. The handling of my furniture was not professional and resulted in damage to an antique desk and other items.
The response to my complaints was unsatisfactory, claiming falsely that the volume was more than quoted for and no form of apology was offered.

We originally met with Matt who planned our move with absolute ease - from the logistics, manpower, packing and the number of vehicles needed. He was always on hand to answer any questions we had before the big day, which with a young family made life so much easier. On the day itself, we were looked after by Stephen and Anthony (aka bison) and they were both absolutely brilliant. They took great care of all of our belongings and were in great spirits the entire day. They made the move run like clockwork and made it look so easy – thank you Team Matrix.

Highly recommend Matrix!

We moved during lockdown and I can't recommend Matrix highly enough. Prior to the estimates coming in, Matrix was already a firm favourite. I have to add that the estimate was also reasonable compared to the other companies we talked to. There is lots of useful information and tips for moving day on the website and the Account Director was always on hand by telephone for questions.

The moving day itself was stressful but the team was very helpful and quick. I was especially impressed with the chap who disassembled and re-assembled large pieces of furniture, beds, dining table etc. as this was something that would have taken us absolutely ages to do ourselves. Worth paying for on its own!

I would add that in hindsight, although I did pack a few things I would have liked to pack some of my drawer contents myself especially smaller items and would do this if and when we ever move again.

A really nice touch is that several months after the move, we were able to call up Matrix and ask them to take our boxes away for re-use/recycling! Two very nice people turned up and cleared them from our shed.

Thank you Matrix for taking some of the stress out of moving! I have already recommended you to friends in the area.
