Why people cannot read my text and I pay to the site what’s going on please I need respond on this right now

Biggest Scam ever... also after 3 free days there was no option to cancel... and after some more days when i deleted all my personal info, they took know 12.50 Euro from my credit card without any information.

After relogging in today i saw there is now an option to desactivate the abonnement, but THEY had already changed the membership from 3 days to MONTHLY for 49,99 €. I cancelled and called the 0805xxxxxx Number where I talked with a guy. I said to him, i dont care for the 12.50 Euro but i want my abonnement to be cancelled now! He offered me one week free, whatever. I said, this doesn't interest me, i want to cancel. I asked me again for a special offer, i said NO and persisted on my decision. I said, if they are not stopping my membership i will go to the police, no joke. In France and in UK. Than he accepted and said i will receive a confirmation within the next 15 minutes. No email within 15 minutes... i will call again tomorrow... just to be sure its not a relay by the email provider. I keep you informed!

After deciding this site was not for me (duped into signing up for a premium package to boot), they transferred the "remaining" balance to uniform dating (same profiles, bot answers "well yes,") and charged my account again. Then somehow I was "enrolled" in Flirt.com, and guess what, another $40 bucks. After trying to enroll me in another, Love Again site, I blew a gasket until I am supposed to be completely canceled...If, it continues, I will cancel my card and refute all charges. I do not recommend this site to anyone.

Do not use this site it is just grabbing your money. There is no way to cancel online you have to ring to cancel. After you ring and cancel they still take money out of your account saying they offered an alternative, which they didn't. Beware they are out to fleece you do not give them your card details.

This company is a scam. You cannot end membership and they take money from your account without your authorisation. I tried the 3 day trial and after 1 day tried to cancel it. It was advertised as $3 but they took $30!!! They also took money out for some extras which I accidentally pressed.. So easy to get charged for these but impossible to cancel.. Don't touch this company.

I was talking to two men who claimed to be from my country only to find out they are not which is fine make new friends and but then they get all kinds of pushy and ask for money and when you tell them you don't have it they try to make you feel like crap. I am honest to a fault and am straight forward. I don't ask for money and I expect the person I am trying to build a friendship with to be the same way. If i need that kind of trouble again I could have stayed with my ex who wouldn't work. If I can work and support myself and my children then i should not have to support some guy who is not who he says he is and his brood. I am beyond done. I would rather be alone.

Total scam, most of the contacts are from all over the world, none nearby. They look caucasian but they write with broken English.

This site it is a scam. All they want is to take your money. I have tried to cancel my subscription but every time I get into my account it doesn't appear cancelled plus they do not send you any confirmation of cancellation. Ridiculous.DO NOT USE IT!

Total scam site... I'm reporting them to the financial ombudsmen asap unless they return my fees. Otherwise my mate will destroy the site.

Total scam site. I joined and got the usual barrage of instant likes that you get when you date a site and it's a scam. I thought that perhaps that it wasn't the site but perhaps some spam users, like some other sites. I quickly learned that none of the people on there are real that I could find. I had to CALL to cancel because you couldn't do it online. I had to tell the operator 6 times that I wanted to cancel it. She first told me that I need to give it more time. I said no, she moved my subscription to cupid.com. I told her no, she made me a feature member on that site and I said no. I was about to jump through the phone before I was finally able to get it canceled. I will NEVER go back there again or check out Cupid.com
or flit.com since they are affiliated and run by the same company.

This site is a scam.Most of the profiles appear to be fake. When you try to message one of the profiles a pop up screen tries to upsell premium features if you dismiss it you are taken to another page. This site is designed purely to filter money out of your wallet. Their Facebook page has not been updated for a year, this is possibly the worst dating site on the net.At best this is nothing more than a criminal enterprise DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Full of scammers this site is a load of rubbish get messages good afternoon at 11am so not even in the UK.Probably some fat bloke picking his nose behind a computer talking about sex before you even broken the ice those site must be removed fake scammers

I guess you have to look at this site for what it is and it does that OKish.

It does appear to be an online knocking shop. I get a lot of 'u r my type' from people who were half my age and evidently not looking for romance.

Most worrying though, is that by default, the site shows your postcode! It's easy not to notice this - something which makes it into a stalkers' charter.

I tried the 3 day trial then on checking the 'small print' found I'd be billed for a regular sub afterwards unless I cancelled. Cancellation itself is a bit of a polaver as well, though I did succeed.

My advice is stay away. It fails both as a dating sight and as an 'adult encounter' site.

I just signed up with maturedating uk, which it seems is not just for the UK as people from USA pop up too. I selected the 3 day option to begin, wanted to see if the site was for me (mature female) I ticked the correct box, payment taken, confirmation email received informing me that I had just paid for a one month membership of #14.99 plus about 3 pounds for the 3 day trial. I tried to cancel on the site, turns out you have to ring up too. Was busy, selected a ring back, which came from Malta? The number that rang back was a man's name not the website name, bit uneasy about this, he didn't sound English. He said because I clicked continue, which seemed the only option I had been charged for the month ????? He couldn't offer a refund instead a free month til the payments were cancelled ! Now I am stuck for a month on a site with lots of members who are just not what I am looking for and maybe even most not real ? Lots of winks and views which smacked of computer generation ( one wink even listed as timed for "in a few seconds". The site is not user friendly, there is limited opportunity to enter very much info, so you don't know much about who contacts you many many profiles with just one photo and no information. I am very unhappy about this site !

do not use this site it's just full of scamers.
most of my winks came from supposedly women from the USA I just passed them by but did reply on one occasion but my doubts about her! things just never added up from the very start, anyway after about 30 hrs on off contact it happens they are really only after one thing money well potential birthday gift galaxy s8 or I phone. the worst thing is the poor women who's identity they stole to make this appear to be real lots of convincing photos to go with story but with loads of holes. my advice stay away. p.s never got a bean out of me.

Sad experience i must say.
