Very well made products and great customer service

Ok so i was looking into buying some Takeaway equipment online. After doing some research, i found that Maxima has good reviews as compared to others so i bought a Blender XL, Dough roller, Kebab Knife and a Double 4L Deep Fryer. The overall quality of equipment was good and looked like that it was professionally designed. The reason i am giving them 5 Star review is their customer and after sale service.
The Blade of the Jug had some issue and it stopped working so i contacted the customer service and explained the problem in great detail. The customer service representative asked couple of technical questions and after providing all the details, he sent me a replacement part. I am very happy with their fast delivery and would recommend to others.
The Blender is very powerful with 28000rpm and can easily surpass some of the top brands which are insanely high priced.

Language

Translation to Bulgarian is not working correctly, also is giving you ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! when you receive emails in the Cyrillic alphabet. In order to see the transport cost, I need to add in the basket and go to the next step, this consumes 50% more time in order to calculate price offers. I see many products which you can buy with 20€ transport and have 2-3 pcs now you can't anymore, transport get to be more expensive (and the price of the fuel is going down all the world.
The old website was much better in my opinion. I honestly don't know if I will manage with the new conditions.

Horrible customer service and quality…

Horrible customer service and quality of products.
I bought a blender that died on me the first time I ever used it, sent it back for repair, and Got the exact same blender back and was told nothing was wrong with it.
After 2 weeks it died again on me, I contacted the technical support again, they told me to send it back for examination, the shipping on that cost me 60 euro. Then I got a e-mail saying it will cost me 177 euro to get it fixed, and if I want to confirm the New invoice of 177 euro. They didnt inform that they are Selling the same blender on the website for 116 euro.
I initially wanted a blender that works, but now I just want my money back, And that they wont even give me.
Horrible experience with Maxima Kitchen Equipment. Stay away!

Unreliable, dangerous and to be avoided

"Professional" Kitchen Equipment that breaks after a year of normal usage. Avoid unless you want problems down the road. Customer service just tells us to order parts from them and do the repairs ourselves. We had the glass panel from a Maxima convection oven shatter burning an employee during regular operation along with various parts going faulty such as the oven timer which means it will now not function or turn on normally.

I see that you have already been in touch with our Technical Department about the appliance you bought in April last year. Unfortunately, the warranty on appliances is 1 year so your defects are not covered by the warranty. You were under the impression that the warranty was 2 years, but unfortunately this is not the case.

I see that you have already received information about the part numbers of the parts which are faulty. I also see that they have given you advice on how to replace the defective items as easily as possible. Through our website, you can easily order the necessary items. I understand that you are not happy, but with the information sent, you will hopefully be able to safely use your oven again soon.

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with. The sales people are totally incompetent but good liars. They have no knowledge of what they are selling. I bought 3 items that Gabriela Olivares the sales person assured me were exactly what I needed. All were incorrect or defective. The return process is complicated, expensive and frustrating. This company has zero interest in their customers. Its all about make the sale and screw the customer. Do not waste your time or money on this scam company.
