I ordered a wafel machine and it was damaged. I needed it for an order for the Friday. I sent an email with the pic of damaged product. The team responded within minutes and shipped a new one the next day. They sent a return label and all I had to do was drop off the machine. Very efficient and prompt. Thanks

Great machine
Amazing machine! I like that it has a solid build, does not shake even at medium/high speeds and it's extremely silent. At first I wanted to go for the KitchenAid, but when I read that it can only do 1Kg of dough and with quite a few pauses according to the manual, I decided to look somewhere else. The build quality and the fact that's it's so silent at this price point makes the Maxima a no brainer.
Currently I only used the dough hook a few times and I am impressed, it reaches all the sides of the bowl and the bottom as well. I noticed on youtube that the KitchenAid with the white hook struggles to reach the bottom.
I still have to try the other accessories, however, based on the build quality, I am expecting some great results.

Done right now first panettone dough. This mixer is a jewel. Already at the beginning, when putting the emulsions, I noticed that it didn't do like my old machine that seemed to have to make a hole without wrapping the dough if I didn't help manually overturning it several times.
Maxima instead takes it immediately. It is also fast and silent. It took me 40mn, but I'm sure that it can be done much sooner if you are not afraid to increase the speed. My speed was 4.
Only one negative point : due to the splash guard lid, you must stop and lift your head every time you insert the ingredients.
