Terrible bookie. The cashout normally disappears when you have an accumulator on and all but one of the teams are winning. The site is very slow compared to the big bookies like bet365 and paddy Power.
The people who work on the live chat are helpful though.
I had asked how to open my account and the live chat assistant just said , that's your account closed. I am still waiting for my final withdrawal. With my bank , withdrawal are normally instant. For some reason this hasn't happened. They won't answer me on twitter, no one answers their supposedly 24hr customer service number.
Stick to the main bookmakers and not these cowboys

I've used them for 2 weeks for football and so far I'm happy with them. Withdrawal takes 3 working days. I wish they had table tennis, Esoccer and esports.

Started using them because they were local and you could get junior games etc . But there always crashing in play is always off the screen cash out is off more than on . As I type there down again . Sky bet it is . All you get is yes we know were down I.T are on it . In the meantime no cash out . Horrifically bad .

tried to join last week. filled in details and got all confirmed on screen. went to log in and says account suspended. tried to reset password with email and says theres an error. so mailed them requesting assist and never heard back. sent another email today and eventually got 2 line reply that they need id. doesnt sit with me poor customer service and i aint even deposited yet...not gonna happen

Quick withdrawals and good site with good variety of markets (perhaps not as much as others but still enough for me). Would recommend.

I joined because it's the only site that gives Scottish Lower Leagues AND Scottish Juniors (Which I follow every week). But adding winning bets takes ages and they change the goalposts all the time. I only stay because of aforementioned Juniors. Trying to log in is p**h

Avoid this Bookie! Joined a few days ago, placed 2 bets and then they sent me this message -

"McBookie offers a host of bonuses to our customers, including the Tartan Club, Coupon Buster Cashback and Best Odds Guaranteed.
However, our trading department review accounts regularly and we’re sorry to say that you will now no longer qualify for any promotions on the site."

The government needs to take more action against these betting firms that advertise great deals and then immediately remove them after you have signed up.

After reading some of the reviews I was slightly skeptical at first about these guys, however since signing up I’ve been pleasantly surprised. They may not have the selections like Bet365 but when an issue arises they don’t feel like the usual non human corporate. I had a slight issue on my account which they got to work to resolve and happily compensated me. Their twitter account support is second to none and once a few little niggles are sorted and they expand their markets I can’t see any reason why they won’t keep growing. Would easily recommend them

Yeah something isnt right with this site or the sister site. It no longer is linked with bet victor which I wasn't aware of until recently. The games have all changed and been taken over by a different company. The slots are rubbish and impossible to win on. Tried it out for a few months but excluded permanently now. Don't trust them at all.

The worst bookie I've ever used. Offer a free bet then take it away within 10 minutes as they believe you might be misusing the bonus!! What the hell! Thanks for nothing morons.

Poor customer service.
Was over 10 minutes to log in one evening which resulted in me being unable to place the bet which I wanted, complained via webchat and was basically told well you should have placed it earlier. The webchat was taking an average of 4 mins to respond to a question then at one point the girl chatting to me terminated the chat whilst I was awaiting a response. As I was not finished I started a new chat and it was the same girl who stated she had asked if there was anything else she could help with before closing the chat which was nonsense as I had an unanswered question so that response would not have made sense!

An honest review. Ok so it’s a bookies. Place your bet blah blah. This review is for the casino side. Please play at another bookies. This bookies casino never gives you a bonus. When playing the slots you never get a bonus. Try playing with Ladbrokes. I play a lot of slots with a few different company’s and can honestly say this one is the worst. Even worse than paddy power and that’s saying something.
