Big Thank You
Yesterday I attended a Medicspot appointment and felt like I wanted to comment on my experience. Firstly, I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Waseem Mohi, who I saw yesterday. He was extremely helpful and a good listener. I was impressed with the friendly and expert manner that my concern was dealt with.
Secondly, I would recommend Medicspot not just to busy professionals like myself but to anyone who would like a good quality GP appointment on the same day. Definitely, Medicspot is the future!

Booked an appointment for 15 mins after accessing the site. The doctor was professional and helpful. My issue was resolved within 10 mins and they sent my prescription for pick up at my local pharmacy within the hour.... all on a Sunday. I would have had to wait until Tuesday for my usual doctors to have contacted me.

Travel certificate
Although the service provided for travel certificate was good but when asked to print certificate the guy at the pharmacy asked for extra £10 in cash and didn’t give an invoice for that!

The actual session with the doctor was…
The actual session with the doctor was quite satisfactory, but it took a long time to get on-line with the doctor. I had a session reserved for 3:45pm on 06 May and the connection did not appear on my phone or my laptop until well after 4:00pm. In the meantime, I tried repeatedly to contact the Medicspot office by telephone but it was constantly engaged or I was put on hold and had to listen to a short, repeated message asking me to stay connected.
A new experience for me
A new experience for me. Stranded in lockdown from our home in Spain. I needed my top prescriptions and this solved my problem.

Easy and pleasant
My appointment was easy to book, on time, and the doctor I spoke to was very helpful, my prescription went straight to the pharmacy for collection. A very painless experience.

This is a brilliant service - I have never seen a doctor on my appointment time before !! Dr was right on the time booked, very personable and helpful and I couldn't be happier.

Very quick results
My blood test results were back two days after being taken and i call that service! I would have had to wait 2000 years until only legends and myths spoke of such ancient days with the NHS!
