My recommondation: please avoid this shop. Why? Because you cannot stop the order even 1minutes after the order, if you cannot pick up the product from the post (because you are abroad and you informed the shop) the product is gone back and the money is gone too (the shop does not give you the money back, only under "their" rules). This shop is not sustainable (want to have shipped back and forward although you tell them keep it and give me my money). Moreover, you will find cheaper products elsewhere. So my 25 € are gone and I do not have the product as it went back, and the shop is not customer centric. So, I will never ever shop in at this shop.

Consumer rights are being disregarded here. The seller refused to repair a significant defect (within the first year after purchase). This is a clear violation of applicable consumer law. Final request to fulfill legal obligations sent to seller, followed by rescission of contract via lawyer.

I have had a great experience ordering a present for my niece on mein-kleines-baby. Everything went really smooth and I have gotten good recommendations on the site as to what to buy given her age. I got the parcel really fast and was able to bring a lot of joy to my niece!

It took more than three week from orderung until receiving the ordered product at my home. The product
was "Flynova - Let's Fly - Infrarotgesteuertes UFO". It doesn't work as presented at the online shop and as we expected and it was frustrating to play with it.

I can´t believe how a company like this can continue with theire business. There is absolutely no chance to get in contact with them in any way nor through email or phone contact. They promise 2-5 delivery days. In my case its been 12 days and my order has still not arrived. Like so many others I've been comletely misledd by this company. I will do my best to spread the word to other potential customers. Do NOT buy a product from this company. Thank god I did bought the product through Klarna and I will dispute the invoice until the end of my days. Rest assure.

Misleading product description and a very poor customer service. No chance for return, just a discount. I ordered the sleepy cuddly toy which was in sale.
The motor of the toy is very loud! No baby could sleep next to it. As I wanted to return it, I wasn't alllowed the customer service said. Very poor!!

Same as everyone else, very poor quality goods, no possibility to return, and no luck getting the money back through PayPal.

I ordered on this website and later found out that the same product is available directly from China for 10% the price. This product is a cheap product and the company is making amazing money in selling it for a lot more money and making it seem qualitative.

At first I didnt want to accept the product but then saw (again also not serious) on the website that they might not even grant me the full amount back. Therefore I found it too risky given how this non-serious company is descriping their business.

I honestly would never order here again. It is CHEAP!
