Update
Had some trouble with the delivery but that was on hermes side the customer service was absolutely amazing they gave me constant updates and the communication was great. My order ended up being lost in transit so the customer service sent me a voucher to spend on their website once again amazing customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
