They sent me the wrong suit and their customer service is basically nonexistent. It took over a week to get a response and then instead of offering to take it back, they offered me $30 off on something I didn’t order and I don’t want. I’m still waiting for return authorization.

This is a scam business

This is a scam business. They send whatever product they have, not what you ordered. When you return it for credit, they make you pay the shipping and a restock fee which is likely how they make money. I am not done with them yet, but had good success with Buy 4lesstuxedo.com as they sent me exactly what I ordered and it ended up being cheaper.

Shop anywhere else

I ordered an item on 2/6 and paid for 3-day express shipping. Four days later, there was still no update, so I reached out. I was told my items would ship in 24 hours and the tracking would update. 2 days later, I called back and was told they would call the warehouse and call me back. Instead of calling me back, they canceled my order.

This business sent me the incorrect…

This business sent me the incorrect blazer. As it was their fault, I expected they would assume responsibility for paying for the return of this blazer. Wrong! It was difficult to communicate with them via email which is the only option. They wanted to give me a $50 credit to keep the incorrect item but I was still out the remainder of the $139 I had paid for the incorrect jacket they sent. Finally I wanted rid of this item as they would never take responsibility for paying to send it back, so I paid $38 to send it back and then got charged the restocking fee. They only credited my card $119. This is an absolutely terrible business and I warn all consumers to stay away!

Beware: unethical practice and dishonest dealing

I ordered two garments from this merchant. The package shipped from the merchant contained the two garments I ordered plus a third garmentt I did not order. I contacted the merchant about a return and let them know about their shipping error. The merchant asked me to consider keeping the third garment at a discounted price.
I returned all three suits and paid for the shipping cost per company policy. I received the expected refund for the two garments I ordered less the merchant's restocking fee as stated on their website.
I contacted the merchant again and asked for a refund of 1/3 of my cost to return the merchandise. I assumed responsibility for returning the two garments I ordered and asked that the merchant recognize their obligation to cover the cost of returning the third garment I did not order. The merchant responded with a refusal and restated their policy that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Where do I begin? AWFUL COMPANY

Where do I begin? They charged me $45 for two day delivery. I got one of the suits on the second day and the second one I had to call about and got it late, of course no refund on the $45 day charge for the 2 day delivery. They sent me emails saying call this customer service number and after 10 tries they said each time that they were too busy each time and I got hung up on. They emailed me that there was a 30% restocking fee even though the website says 100% moneyback guarantee. Then they said on the return website that it’s a 20% restock fee! I received emails from two separate company names - MensUSAMenswear AND Mens Tuxedo USA. Very confusing as to who I bought the merchandise from! The suit is cheap and see-through. The website said the waistline was expandable and it was not and had to have it tailored - more money! I sent them an email since that is the only way to communicate with them that I wanted to return one of the suits and they responded with "we will give you a $50 dollar credit". Horrible , horrible experience. They delayed the order because they wanted to know why I was ordering two of the same. They must have 0 people in customer service because phone calls do not go through and emails take forever and short and make no sense. Who are these people? SCAMMERS that should be investigated! Please spare yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. I could go on and on. Bad, bad, bad experience!

Super late shipping

Late arriving and just in general a bad experience. I now need to forfeit 20% of the purchase price as an item restocking fee due to their poor shipping speed! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

After more than 50 emails

After more than 50 emails, a year and an half and 3 shipments, I’m left with something I didn’t order with over 200 dollar out. I’m not upset. I’m disappointed.

SCAM!

SCAM!! Horrible, horrible, horrible. I ordered two pairs of shoes ($142) which took a while to get here, but okay. However, the shoes I ordered weren’t the ones they sent. They were a completely different style and the wrong size. I emailed customer service, which was the start of an unbelievable experience. No response, so I tried calling. They had the phone set to n calls, a bad sign. Then I checked Trustpilot and I saw all of the horror stories that were very similar to mine. To my surprise, they finally answered my email. They said they changed the style so they sent these shoes. What?!?! They never addressed the size Issue. I told them I want a prepaid label to send the shoes back with a 100% refund. They started to bargain with me—first they said they’d credit me for $20, then $30, finally up to $60. I mean, come on!! Then, out of the blue they sent me an email with a prepaid label and they said they’d credit me when they received them. I sent them back and…crickets. No credit. I had to put in a claim on my credit card. Oh, and the shoes I ordered—the ones that they changed the style for—are still on the website. Scam.

Run and don't look back!!

This was the worst experience trying to purchase suits. The customer service is basically nonexistent...all communication takes place via email with a wait period between emails, up to 14 days! Returning or exchanging a suit is horrific! We learned that what you think you're buying based on a picture and color isn't necessarily what you'll receive. We ordered a 3 piece vested light tan suit and received a 2 piece beige suit. The company argued that they pull suits from their wearhouse and give you what they have based on the size you order. So, if they don't have a light tan 3 piece vested suit in your size, they send you the closest alternative WITHOUT LETTING YOU KNOW! And then they try to bribe you to keep the suit for a credit of $30! To send the suit back, you pay. It cost me $21.56 to mail ground USPS. This doesn't include their hidden reshipping fee ($25) to get the suit you originally ordered. Save yourself money and grief and run from this company!!

Terrible Customer Service and…

Terrible Customer Service and IMPOSSIBLE to return due to sizing! I have been trying to return a tux we ordered for my son and I have gottne no responses from the email in a week. We measured and ordered according to their size chart and it is too small. You call and they direct you to email. You email and get no response. Biggest mistake and waste of money! Such a scam.Will be reporting to BBB!

FRAUDSTERS & SCONDRELLS: PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I don't even know where to start from. My wife has warned me severally to stay away from this company, but I kept going back and they disappointed me each time. You pay for your return shipping, yet they won't charge you for restocking fees and the "original shiping fee." I returned the last item 2 weeks ago. They received the item but have not responded to my messages since then.

They promised to give me 30 dollars for me to keep the item, but I refused to accept that offer and opted to return it. I have filed a dispute with my bank for a full refund because this company will refund barely half the cost. They have done it before. Worst customer service ever. They won't answer phone calls. If you are lucky you get a respond to emails after 2 weeks.

I DON'T KNOW WHY THIS COMPANY IS STILL OPERATING AFTER ALL THESE COMPLAINTS. We might have to report the to proper law enforcement officials.

Poor Customer Service

1. Poor customer service. Only way to communicate is via email, phone number goes to automated message saying no staff in offices due to covid, which is absurd..
2. Returns or exchanges are costly. They charge a $25 restocking fee to exchange and you have to pay to ship your item back. They provide no return labels.
3. Ordered 2 white suits and items came with black scuff marks on both.

Oh wow I bet o do my research from now…

Oh wow I bet o do my research from now on, jacket didn’t fit asked for refund was being bribed into keeping it I stated I wanted full refund would return they only send me $115 jacket was $160 still waiting on money and a explanation on why I haven’t received full refund and I paid $23 to ship back was not refunded any shipping just horrible company give it up
