2 large geriatric cats
Purchased for 2, 11-12 lb cats and they are transtioning very well from a pet Safe boxes to this one. Meowant has clear instructions, it is easy to put together, very quiet, easy to connect to app.

I wish you had a cancel button to…
I wish you had a cancel button to cancel an order. After waiting to email, (you have no love chat or customer service line) I got a reply saying it was too late. It was less than 24 hours after the order.
I can either deny it and ask carrier to return it and wait on a refund or keep it. Just don't have much customer service.

The package arrived crushed
The package arrived crushed. The deodorizers are kinda broken and the dispenser for the litter pan bags is all smashed very hard to get the bags out 1 at a time

Frustrated
The unit will not rotated on a consistent basis. Leaving it in back inside down position with the motor in red or off position. No phone number to call. Emailed however meowant on holiday for a week. Thus pushing my return close to 30 days. I have to go buy a new cat box in the mean time. Very frustrating, I have reset and tried to readjust the unit to the will catch on the return however nothing works.
