Bought two bras from this company still haven't received them, however I've had multiple attempts of fraud on my card I used to purchase these bras AVOID AT ALL COST ITS A SCAM!!!

This is yet another company based in China who 'pretend' to be in America. The goods are very poor quality and their sizing chart is way out. If you ask to Return they keep saying the postage is very high, how about we give you £1:00 compensation. They absolutely refuse to give me their Return address, but guess if I did actually return they would not refund my money. They have adverts all over Facebook under different names. I have started a dispute with PayPal now to try and get my money back. They won't care if they get bad reviews as there are a lot more suckers like me out there.

Terrible company, had money and pkg stuck in Cambridge for 10 days now, no way to get in touch, obviously a scam 😡😡

Please don't waste your time and money. As said by another poster, took more than the value but after contacting them they have refunded the difference. The goods however have been more than 30 days in transit and still not here. Departed Myrtle Beech, USA 18 Sep, arrived at a postcode in Cardiff CF15 8AS on 15 Oct as 'shipping partner' but honestly it's a residential address.
Also interesting that the only positive reviews are from 'customers' in the US!
I'm normally pretty astute to these things, it's a relatively small amount of money, but please don't use this company!

Ordered the product, was given a tracking number and supposedly was able to track the delivery into Scotland in the UK. After a month with no delivery, tried to contact customer support and was send a reply email asking me to click on an insecure link!

If I could give 0 stars I would I have been waiting since 1 September for my order which has apparantly been cleared by customs in the uk and in transit for 19 days now, the customer service and communication is useless DO NOT order anything from here

Don't waste your money, nothing at all as described, fit is aweful no support, underband rides up, shoulder straps too long. Doesnt even deserve the 1star

Products did arrive after a few weeks.
Awful fit. Loose and baggy around side of boobs. Straps too long and where the alleged wrapover support comes from is anyones guess. There is no way the claims from their videos are true of big droopy boobs suddenly being upright!!
Save your money ladies.

Like many others, never received the item. It's been in Cardiff for weeks evidently. They don't help at all. Avoid!

Ordered over 5 + weeks ago, have requested a full refund but whatever you do please do not buy from this company! Truly dreadful.

I would put zero stars if I could, awful company and product. I asked to cancel within a couple of minutes of placing my order but they would not cancel and refund, I received the product after much chasing and about 8 weeks to find its nothing like as advertised. I have sent photos and emails but they will NOT refund.

Another one who fell for a Facebook ad. I was charged a different amount at first but did get the difference back. I received my order, 2 Bras, well the don't know what sizing they use but it's not a normal size, bra wouldn't fasten aroung my back and the cup size must be at leat 3 sizes smaller. I contacted customer service and they've said that they do not accept underwear back due to hygiene reasons and to gift them to someone else, £22 lost now, you also have to pay for the return yourself. Should have read the reviews on here first. Lesson learnt.

Same for me overcharged on purchase but did refund difference. My order number and tracking number do not exist and they keep sending conflicting replies. Wish id checked here first - total SCAM

Like others, fell for the FB advert. Over charged on initial payment, but they did refund the difference. Bras have now sat in Lincoln, if they've even been sent, for 3 weeks now. Funnily enough, no replies to any messages now! Will be taking this further. They must be making thousands doing this to people. Disgraceful.

Shocking company, poor quality products and impossible to return, their response is why don’t you give it to someone else as it’s too costly to return!!! Avoid

Ordered on 11th Sept for £11.21 on the invoice and still no delivery by 1st Oct. Order Number and tracking number provided on the invoice but when checked it states can not find order.
Checked on PayPal to find they have taken £13.45 and it is a completely different company name and email.
Have emailed and they have apologised but provided no further detail or communication.
I've raised the issues with PayPal and await further information.
Seems to be a scam...Avoid!

Don't order from this company. I've been waiting 36 days since order and they just keep fobbing me off, saying be patient.
They're website says 7-15 days delivery time.
I've since got my money back as I paid through facebook. I don't even want to give them 1 star.
My parcel has been Edinburgh for a very long time and no updates.

I fell for the Facebook advertising of the crossover bra. Arrived after 5 weeks. Really poor quality and not fit for purpose. I'm a 42E and not a hope of supporting my boobs. That's £13+ wasted. I've contacted them for a refund and awaiting response but from previous reviews it doesn't look hopeful. Cannot recommend.
