Impressive Service

I was impressed with the personalize email thanking us for choosing them for our purchase and what to expect with a timeline. The frame arrived quickly with easy to understand instructions. We received another email letting us know if we had any questions when installing it to reach out. The quality of the material is great and is worth every penny for such an easy upgrade to a builder grade plain mirror

Customer service is outstanding

Customer service is outstanding! Help with any questions no matter how small are answered cheerfully and professionally. I was so pleased with my MirrorMate! Cannot stress how easy the entire experience was for me.

I great product and company is very easy to work with.

I love this product. It is well made and looks great. I like that it was made in the USA by a small company. I have ordered several for my home. The last one I received was packaged correctly, but still was damaged, I believe was done by the freight company. MirrorMate responded quickly to resolve the issue, and no questions asked shipped me a replacement.

Great quality

The frame was 109” long and 42” tall. Everything went together without a problem. The grain in the wood matched perfectly at the splice joint in the two longest sides. Very happy with the finished product.

Overall easy to put together and…

Overall easy to put together and install. Great transformation of our bathroom. However we did have one problem. The styrofoam pieces that you put on the mirror did not stick to the mirror. The glue came off when peeling the strip off of the styrofoam.
