The product, service, and timly updates were all excellent!

Ease in assembly and many choices of frame style and color

I deliberated for some time before
placing my order. I gave a fair amount of time observing the company's visual instructions for , the construction and install, however I found several shortcomings that might be eliminated if addressed. The first, and most flagrant in my opinion, the stingy amount of glue offered to prepare the corners to receive the nylon cleats to be inserted. While too much glue could create it's own issues, there simply was not enough, in my opinion, to adequately do the job. Secondly, the cleats themselves should, perhaps, be of a heartier material
in order to perform better. Thirdly,
I found the corners, no matter how I tried, did not precisely meet, to my satisfaction. I believe
there should be some sort of material, or implement offered to
touch up those minimal areas needing attention. At the very least, the company should offer suggestions as to how to achieve
that end. All of the above being said, the product is of good quality and looks handsome in my three bathrooms.

I love my frame it makes my bathroom look so much more appealing. We ordered a frame a little too small and they were great with helping us replace it with their Whoops policy. Great customer service and followup.

Great product and a great support staff!

The mirror looks great,and it was easy to install. Better than buying a new mirror and figuring what to do with the old one. This is my second mirror frame from this company. Happy with both of them,

Easy to put together and easy to follow directions.
The frames were packaged so well and the guide for measuring worked perfectly.
The only problem I had was not letting stick to the mirror when trying to get exact location.

We bought the cherry wood frame. They could have included a little more glue. One corner did not set well. I was disappointed in the quality considering the price. One side had a chip. Then (not their fault), it was mounted higher than I had planned. Once it’s stuck, it does not move.

Great company with an excellent product! Perfect fit that’s very easy to assemble and install!

The frame was easy to assemble and install. It looks like I had it professionally done!

I love this product! It has made my master bath complete! The color is matte black which matches my cabinet pulls, door knobs and hinges. The craftsmanship is great, the materials are sturdy and the pieces fit perfectly together as promised! The directions were easy to understand, after piecing it together, the frame was ready to be installed! I would recommend this company to anyone needing a frame for their home! Excellent product!
