Fast help and Quality Products!
The customer service team was extremely helpful and responded super quickly (even on christmas eve! Was not expecting a response!) I love the items I’ve gotten so far and am looking forward to my preorder! Will definitely shop with them again!
Misen customer service is second to none!
Ordered a couple stainless pans and one of them had some rough marks from the polishing process. Reached out to Misen and they handled the issue immediately and sent out a new pan. Beyond impressed with their customer service; the new pans work beautifully!
Knife and cooking fan!
I have been a Misen customer for several years and have purchased approximately 15 items. I have always been extremely happy with all my purchases if they were for me or as gifts. Recently I contacted customer service to assist in the purchase of a couple of Christmas presents. Andrea was my customer representative. She was excellent! She responded quickly, answered my questions, and was very professional and polite!! Highly recommend Andrea and this company!
Preorder mixup
I ordered the carbon steel pans and preordered the lids. I didn't realize that the pans wouldn't ship until the preordered lids did, until I was done and read it clearly stated on the website. I reached out to see if there was something they could do to help and I was immediately offered a solution and extra kindnesses. I'm gonna stick with Misen, not just for quality products, but for the care they put into their customers. Thank you
Great Customer Service and Warranty
I purchased a 3 knife set in 2020. One of the knives accidentally broke from falling off of my countertop. I contacted customer service and they within 24 hours contacted me and sent me a brand new one. Great customer service and I definitely would recommend purchasing from this company.
Longtime proud owner of Misen
I've been a proud owner of Misen wares since their first Kickstarter for their first chef's knife. I now own all their knives, their knife block, their oven steels, and their second Gen carbon steel nonstick pans. I've converted many of my friends to Misen products. Zero complaints! If you're on the fence, just do it. You won't regret it!

Great Cust Serv and Products
I ordered two nonstick Carbon steel pans and, when they came, one had a slight manufacturing defect. When I emailed the company about it, they responded right away and the next thing I knew, a replacement pan was on the way. I really appreciated how they immediately addressed my concern and fixed it. Meanwhile, I've been using the other pan and it works great! Highly recommended!
This Will Be A Go-To Pan
Very excited about this new 4 qt pan. It's a wonderful cross between a saute and saucier with capacity for some great braised or fried entrees.

Holly in customer service offered the perfect resolution (shipping issue) the first time, and ensured my trust with them. I had been researching new pans for many months and decided to go with Misen Carbon Non-stick and a few accessories. So impressed with the build quality and materials used, and even more satisfied with the help they provided.

After a stainless steel pan I had warped, I reached out to Misen’s customer service, and they were quick to help and easy to contact! And their warranty covered the warping!

I experienced the sudden appearance of some nicks and chips in the blade of my beloved utility knife. it had been a gift so I had no order number or other details but the customer support team were understanding, friendly and prompt in responding with a replacement knife. I was so impressed by this support that I immediately ordered a set as a Christmas present for my daughter.

8 in. Preseasoned Carbon Steel Pan
I purchased two 8 in. Preseasoned carbon steel pans during the Black Friday promotion. One of the pans came with a small chip/cut on the edge of the pan so I immediately contacted customer support (via email) to see if they can replace it. I included a couple of pictures of the chipped pan and asked if they could send a different pan prior to Xmas for gifting. Misen customer service responded promptly and within a couple days they had a new pan shipped out with no further questions. I appreciated their quick resolution and professional customer support.

AMAZING customer service!
AMAZING customer service. I purchased a 7Qt Dutch Oven about 4 years ago and its been a fantastic kitchen "go to" ever since. Unfortunately, last week a small chip developed in the enamel and as I cleaned the pot, the chip grew to the size of a quarter. I email Misen with pictures, less than a day later they responded with a sincere apology, saying it was fully covered by their warranty and they shipped me a brand new unit. No cost for shipping, no cumbersome return process, no hassle whatsoever! I absolutely recommend Misen for the highest quality cookware and best customer service!

Excellent customer service! I had a problem with one of my pans, and to be honest, it was due to user error. Misen fixed it anyway. Both Holly and Andrea were extremely helpful and friendly, and they went out of their way to ensure that my issue was quickly and thoroughly addressed.

I am sold on Misen!
I recently received a Misen 10” fry pan as a gift. It stands up very well to high heat and cooks evenly across the pan. I love it! From there I checked out more offerings from Misen. I ordered their algae cooking oil and two knives. The oil is odorless and withstands high heat, just as I like. The boning knife quickly became my favorite for many tasks, especially for meat. I realized the fillet knife is better for more delicate work (just as their website says). Both knives are sharp and well weighted for easy cutting and slicing.
