Bought a tilt/lift chair. Website was very clear but I wanted the services to unpack and remove old chair. Couldn't find a way to do that on the website.

Customer Services are really good. They answer the phone, are friendly & helpful, and placed the order for me.

When delivery was slightly delayed (not their fault), they not only chased it up immediately but rang me back to update me on progress.

This wheelchair is so impressive has good comfortable seat ,easy to use ,has a light on joystick for safety outside in the dark ,has great power only charging it once a week ,has a safety beeping when going back to warn people ,great value and looks great blue one chosen, don't miss out

The walker in question is strong and fairly easy to put together (I am 85) but managedto put it together myself. There was a piece missing and when I got in touch with them they sent the item by return. I would definitely buy from this company again

Excellent service. Maddy was very helpful in sorting everything out there and then.
I tested the Stealth foldable scooter to find out its suitability for me.
The scooter is very good as a second choice mainly for portability. It fits in the car perfectly and it is not that heavy to take out. At around 17kg which is almost half other foldable scooters I looked at and considered.
All in all I had a perfect experience at Mobility plus+. Thank you

Very difficult to buy a product such as a mobility recliner armchair. Therefore as classed a specialist in mobility products i put my faith in a British company.
On receiving the armchair I noted the length in leg room poor, contacted their specialist service team who stated the legroom was normal.
I have found the chair to be very narrow and uncomfortable, therefore I looked at their return policy which states you have to pay for the return a price of £55.00 plus a price for packaging an extra £20.00
This is all within the time scale of 14 days.
How am I meant to find a suitable mobility armchair without incurring extra cost to find a suitable one
I feel this is very discriminative and not clear on refunds problems upfront.
How can they call themselves mobility care

The staff were as always really helpful and pleasant, the young man we spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful even double checking with a colleague that it would be the right scooter for my wife, even recommended the one which was cheaper that was a pleasant surprise, spoke to him at 2pm it was at my house 10.30 the next morning brilliant

I was very interested in the Portable Hoist to use to help transfer my foldable electric wheelchair into the boot and out of my car.
I messaged MotabilityPlus to make enquiries, l was given a lot of support, was sent a link to look at the Hoist and looked on YouTube how it worked and was very impressed.
I took a chance to purchase the Portable Hoist, the service was excellent.
I have had a trial run to use the Portable Hoist and it is perfect for my needs. The top part of the Hoist lays on top my wheelchair which has to be folded before going in the boot, the width fits together very well.
It is easy to get the Hoist out, l have to use one hand, the remote control is a great addition to get the level needed to the level of the boot.
I highly recommend MotabilityPlus, excellent service all round, thank you so much.
